Zero stars……I live in Mississippi but was working in the area. I shipped a package to a friend in Tennessee. He never got the package. Later (after leaving California) I checked and the package was still there and I was told that I could come pick it up or pay for them to ship it to me. We already paid for them to ship it so why do I have to pay for them to ship it to me?????????????????

Friendly & Attentive employees letting me know there are less expensive ways to ship. Offered help to bring in the several packages I had to ship, That means the most to me! Best UPS experience ever ??

DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! We packaged a box in the store with a computer in it. When it arrived at the house the computer was gone. Clearly and employee of this store or of UPS stole this item. More than likely a store employee. Chris Grogan the manager told us we can file a claim but we will probably never see it again. He had zero empathy or compassion for the situation.

Don't come here for Apple device drop offs. Their system for Apple returns was "down" or they couldn't care less to help. I don't know.

I called this morning to check in about a package that I received yesterday, but had not been alerted to, so I called. The woman to pick up the phone and she couldn't go back to check if the package was there. I informed her that had been 24 hours since it was received and that this was unacceptable for a service that I am paying for. She had the audacity to hang up on me. Twice!!! She hung up on me and when I asked her name, she refused to give it to me! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This was today 9/15/23 first call at 9:34 and second call at 10:47!

Convenient location, ok customer service. Parking space might have some problem sometimes. Lately they're having no internet for several days.

the workers here are friendly, and do their job well. this location can get busy, but parking hasn't been an issue.

I will never bring my business here again. I paid to have a package shipped and packed at the store by employees. Half the contents of the package were not shipped and have gone missing, while the parts that were shipped arrived heavily damaged. The store is refusing to admit they packaged resulting in ups denying my claim for insurance, and won't admit to the employees being responsible for packaging and shipping out my package.

I was in a panic trying to get there before the store closed. I was vaguely familiar with the area.Found it. Street side facing stop with big clear FedEx sign.Abundant parking available+ handicap.Walked in, no line, greeted the cashier, the package was scanned, handed the receipt, thanked the cashier, I got back a nice smile & have a good afternoon.In & out under two minutes.Great store, great location, great service!The hardest thing for me was having enough will power for not stopping at one of the many tantalizing restaurants within the shopping center.I'll be back soon...

The reviews of this place are terrible. FedEx is near, so take your business there. You don't deserve to do business if you're losing packages, rude, and not giving receipts. Unacceptable.

Horrible customer service by assistant manager Ben, the tall Caucasian guy who has a surfer appearanceGo to PCH UPS store next to smart and final. They have never given me issue and go above and beyond.I made the mistake of going to this location to drop of 4 packages and as I walked in the employee behind the coutlnter asks if I'm dropping off my my packages. I say Yes and added that I need a receipt. He then tells me I'm sorry I can't take those, they're not going to take them. I assumed he was saying the truck left and they'll leave tomorrow, so I told him no problem I'll just drop them and take the receipt. He then says, no we're not goong to take the packages. At this point I'm perplexed about what he's saying and remind him I was here a few days ago and they took my packages and gave me a receipt. He then quickly says I see but im going to have to dent your packages. I ask for a Manager and he coincidentally says I am the assistant manager, so I say again well can I speak with the manager to see if they'll take my packages and he then says the Manager is in the hospital. He just went in today. I didn't want to argue with the this teenage assistant Manager who said his name was Ben. I went outside and waited for the UPS truck driver to finish his break and when he popped out of the truck I explained what transpired inside and he could not beoive it. The driver was super helpful and I helped him load the packages onto the truck without issue. This location has horrible customer service l and I recommend everyone to stay away and visit other UPS franchise locations.

Very nice and helpful staff. Unlike the location in the Riviera Village where Luis works and he is purely awful. Im going here from now on.
