BUYER BEWARE.No communication, but when you actually get a response it’s a lie. Arrival windows are just posted to get you to buy. My order sat with a “shipping label created” for two weeks after i was told it would be shipped that day.How this company stays afloat, I do not know. So many horrible new reviews and they don’t even try to apologize to their customers. Whoever the new ownership is seems to enjoy leisurely making props but cannot keep up with the volume of a business.

Two terrible ordering experiences back to back now. First one took way too long to be fulfilled after paying for express delivery, I still had to go pick it up. Decided to put another order in, and even chose the pick up option… That was almost 2 months maybe more ago, and I have not received a call, email, text. Not will they return a call, email or even have their phone on the answer. It goes straight to voicemail. They pretty much robbed me.

I placed an order October 1st and have tried calling, emailing, and no response or updates nor communication of any type. It's sad because I purchased years back and still have my fire toys today and am disappointed that such a great company has changed to such disappointment and frustration. Can someone please either just refund my money or respond with an update.

I ordered fire fingers, I waited for a very long time, more than two weeks. They never answer emails, very bad service. They don’t say, they don’t know where the package is and when it will arrive. And the quality of the props is very low, but the price is high

I ordered a set of poi for my son's birthday on June 25. I paid for expedited shipping. Tried calling a week later to check in on shipment. Nobody answered and the voicemail was full. I emailed after I called. It's July 13. I tried calling again this morning. Voicemail is still full. I still do not have my poi.

It's been 2 weeks, and my order hasn't even shipped. I tried to get in touch with them through their website, no response. I called, no answer and mailbox was full.Update: Order received after 2.5 weeks and no contact with the business. The product is fine, but I wouldn't risk future purchases from a fully unresponsive business.

I bought a Fire Shinai from them a couple months ago. I was so so excited, but the base began to melt after being lit for a short time and it dripped and burned a friend's hand. I wanted to test it to see if it would keep happening, and the molding at the base caught on fire and dripped fire and melted, also burning the rubber they put there and the bamboo handle. I know this is made wrong from 20 plus years of experience as a fire dancer. They did not reply to my email a month ago and their voicemail box is full. I paid $159 and would like my money back please and thank you.

SO me and my partner went to Trick and Concept last week after my partner lost my fire props in a uber otw home after a gig and the next day i was going to benquinox ....i was devested. but trick and concept saved the day ...thank you for seeing me and the wonderful sticker that Shannon gifted me ...we will see you guys soon for a dragon staff .

Ordered a new contact staff 11 days ago, they still havent delievered to USPS for shipping. 11 days no shipment no tracking number, nothing but the usps reference number they give when usps is waiting for the company to deliever the item needing to be shipped.This is ridiculous 11 days nothing
