I have a mini cooper clubman, 2011. I was looking for a garage to service my car and Francisco was recommended by an employee from Jiffy lube. Francisco is very easy to work with! He thoroughly checked my car and was working with me all throughout, price and even send me text updates. I can never be happier! He is very good at what he does and is definitely an Expert!!!!!! Will definitely go back for all my future car needs

Fransisco is the absolute best mechanic. I have a bmw 328i and he has been fixing every issue I’ve had with this car with no complaints. I highly recommend anyone with a BMW or other models to visit this place. Prices are very reasonable too.

I suddenly realized I really needed to get my belt tensioner replaced late yesterday evening and sent NZ a message. I got a reply almost immediately that indicated understanding of my specific needs and was scheduled to be seen the next morning. The tech explained to me everything he'd be doing and was very upfront about the cost and precise in his time estimate. I'm pleased with the one year warranty on the part they installed as well. I'm definitely satisfied!

Amazing work! Called in to see if I could get my vehicle worked on for the A/C compressor going out and Francisco took it in with no questions asked. Had one of my headlights repaired by Francisco! He was awesome. I was referred by David at Jiffy Lube and Francisco worked on my car almost immediately after I pulled up! 15 minutes later and I was out of there! His prices were fair! I will definitely return. Thank you Francisco.

I have a 2006 VW Passat. One day my car loss power on the freeway out of nowhere while I was going at freeway speed. Very scary. AAA tow came and towed me to my house. They told me it was an Alternator. This was going to be my 1st repair on a German foreign vehicle, so I was a little lost on what shop to take my car to. That's when I found Francisco on Yelp! NZ Auto Diagnostics and Repair came up as highly recommended with great reviews. Plus, he was only a mile or so away. We spoke through yelps message board and I decided to take a chance. Francisco stayed open for me, so I could drop my car off which I appreciate because this was the 4th of July weekend and I'm sure he had better places to be. On Tuesday afternoon Francisco contacted me and informed me the problem is actually the Fuel pump. Which makes sense because my engine light code was referencing a fuel issue I needed to take care of. I authorized the repair and again Francisco stayed open for me to pick up my car after work. When I arrived he showed me the old fuel pump and what the issue was. After we concluded the transaction, Francisco went further to point out other troubling areas that need to be attended to soon. This is a huge plus, because by giving me this information I can get ahead of any future potentially costly repairs. Overall experience was great! Communication was quick and informative. As well as having attention to detail to make sure you and your car keep running smoothly on the road.

Professional, knowledgeable, honest, forward thinking, diagnostic wizardry. If you need work done on your vehicle and aren't sure where to go, pick up the phone and contact Francisco. This gentleman is someone who cares more about you driving away from his shop fully satisfied and certain your car is running properly than lining his pockets. His prices are more than fair, he stands behind his work and this is the kind of small, community based businesses I want to support. If this review had 10 stars, NZ Auto gets those!

Francisco is a rock star! My boyfriend and I were visiting my family for the holidays and we've been traveling in our small converted skoolie and needed a brake repair. Most places couldn't take us and Francisco was able to take it next day and finish it in the same day. He was so nice and thoughtful and stayed late to get it done. Genuine man not looking to steal your money. Straight to the point. Empathetic. Was a huge help giving me the diagnostic i needed for my car. Charged me less than half what a dealer would have charged me. Trustworthy guy!
