So my daughter been having a sore throat for a few days, so I googled urgent cares and somehow I ended up here at Exer… The staff was very welcoming and friendly the facility was nice and clean, very fast service I was in and out within a hour… I would definitely be using them again in the future!!!!

This urgent care was re-named to Exer. Based on my insurance and symptoms I was able to get blood work, EKG and check up. I am very happy they take my insurance now. You check in through your phone and tell you your place in line. It was a long wait time but I had a good check up. The staff were very caring and friendly. My concerns were addressed. I'm waiting for blood results. I would recommend coming here.

Do not go hereManager is unprofessional, unresponsive, and rude. Left my letter of dispute unread for a month, I had to call in to check the status. When I asked why it was not responded to, I was told "well I am talking to you now." Went in circles basically explaining that her staff was not taught to handle my case as they did, yet I was on the hook because of the error and I was in the wrong. Refused to give her name and spoke with a condescending tone the entire time. First negative review I've ever written so I hope it helps someone else.

My husband has been waiting for the Dr to prescribe medication that is covered by our insurance meanwhile he's in pain. Called on Tuesday spoke to a new employee/receptionist who had a very snobby attitude told me she would call me back but never did, today is Saturday. We have been coming here for a while too and never had issues but lately our experiences have not been so great.

Arrived at 8:47am for my 9:00am appointment and filled out paperwork. I was called to the back at 9:18. My blood pressure was taken and I had a question for the medical assistant. A simple yes or no is all I needed. She left the room and never came back so I got up and left at 10:00. I was left in the room by myself and not even a check in to let me know they haven’t forgotten about me or anything.

I came to this location 3 times already twice for my 2 children and today for my self, i love this urgent care it is very well kept and clean, Every time we went there is little to no wait, the doctors, nurses and front desk are very helpful and understanding! Keep up the great work!

I had a great experience with getting my physical and flu shot today. Don’t know about the other services but these were very fast. Quick timing getting me booked in and no wasted time just sitting more than a minute. Really appreciate the service today.

My girlfriend was not feeling well, so we went to this place. I brought my backup battery because I was prepared to be waiting for hours. Much to my surprise, the wait was short, the staff was helpful and professional, the doctor diagnosed and helped her quickly, the on site pharmacy really got us everything we needed quickly and politely. This place was so great. The best urgent care I've ever been to. Great job!

First time going to this Urgent Care. But I was treated very nicely by everyone. From the staff at the front desk, the nurse that took my vitals and drew my blood and the doctor. I really liked this facility.

It was my first time withUrgentmed and was very skeptical, at first. A few of my friends had very few pleasant things to say about their experiences with them, and to say the least that it was not the case for this location. Waiting time was very minimal, the staff was very welcoming. He was very cordial and bubbly, and attentively answered all my questions. Came in and came out within less than 1.5 hours, which what it would take if I had to visit my doctor. I would say the least that this won’t be my last visit at all.!
