This is the only vape shop I come to. The staff are very helpful if you have any questions. The prices are fair and they have a wide selection of products. I specifically come to this location as they are the only location that has the flavored Zyn pouches stocked regularly. They are definitely the "local" spot to go.

Don't know why all the negative reviews, this is my go to place. Open late, huge selection, the store itself is clean/well lit/set up well, and every worker I've interacted with (which has been a LOT, dunno how so many people work there but not my business) has always been super helpful & patient. The few times I had to bring something back (even when it was my fault) they've always been super accommodating.

I know it's not the smoke shops fault but I always come here to purchase my stuff. I've had over 50 PACKS of juul pods leak on me. These are expensive, $24 each. I will bring in the pack to see if I can get it replaced hopefully. PS. Be aware of the workers. Most of them are cool and respectful but there's one guy who is an a**hole. Always rude and never helping. Just wants you to buy and leave immediately. He's not welcoming at all. Hopefully he learns some social skills and how to deal with customers. If you don't like you're job, don't take it out on loyal, long time customers. ( ALL OTHER WORKERS ARE COOL ) Also, Ferraris is a very nice guy. Always helpful and welcoming. Sorry to give you're shop a 1 star review but if my problem is resolved then I will update this review.

Customer service doesn't exist, the worker (long hair, white male) was not helpful at all and not friendly. Asked for recommendations and he didn't seem to care at all about being there or helping. Another customer asked him a question and the worker stared at the guy rudely and shook his head like he's stupid. I don't know why this place is still in business.

ITS A SCAM !!!Horrible service from Dylan, bought a stiiizy from this shop would not work. Went back to get a replacement still does not work. Completed a stiiizy form online and stiiizy claimed this retailer is not an authorized seller for Stiiizy’s. Currently disputing with my bank.

I come regularly with my husband and we buy vapes constantly from this shop. I've never had a problem . Never had a burnt one or anything but I bought one two days ago and it's already burnt . I called and spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager and they said they can only refund if it is leaking , staying on completely , or not hitting whatsoever . $27 down the drain for a burnt vape . I'll be finding another shop that cares enough about their customers to offer exchanges when their products are defective .

Decided to stop by on my way to tastea. I bought a grinder and a odor spray. Transaction was smooth and I was NOT asked for ID 20 minutes later I returned because I realized I did not have dutches. The clerk (white tall man) asked me for ID which I was happy to present. He then proceeds to ask me to show my other ID in a haha gotcha condescending tone. In reality that other ID was my CAR SALES license. I explained this and only received an "Oh" and no apology. I will not be returning again and if I could I would return the items I purchased and support another smoke shop.
