I called to get a medication compounded here. To my surprise, I was told this pharmacy doesn’t do any compounded medications anymore. Why is their name “Torrance Pharmacy & Compounding Center” if they are not doing compounding anymore? Such a deceptive name. Please change it already.

I’ve been a customer at Torrance Pharmacy for many years. They provide a level of service I would rarely get from the bigger chain pharmacies. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and Ryan has always been especially helpful in making sure my prescriptions are in order and ready on time. I highly recommend them if you’re wanting a more attentive, boutique feel for your pharmaceutical needs.

I was a long-time customer at CVS, using their SimpleDose pack service. One day CVS stopped the service. I discovered that Torrance Pharmacy had a similar service and switched. I have had WONDERFUL service and attention to my needs. They are great, highly recommend!

I highly recommend this pharmacy over others! Ryan was great he found me a coupon that saved me $100 copay. They do an excellent filling all my prescriptions quickly and with outstanding customer service.

Torrance Pharmacy staff sets the bar high for excellent patient/customer service. Lynn, our Pharmacist, is incredibly knowlegeable and proactive -- she calls US to see if we need anything -- what other pharmacies DO THAT?! I am blown away by the level of excellent care Torrance Pharmacy staff provides. I am so glad our family switched over to them.

I was looking for a pharmacy that would do pill packs for my mom's prescriptions. I called Torrance Pharmacy. Michelle and Antonia made the process so easy for my mom and I. I used Costco pharmacy which was difficult at times with spotty communication with my Drs. Then the pandemic hit and it was chaos. Torrance Pharmacy was highly recommended and I haven't looked back since. They even provided curbside pickup with kind words and conversations to ease the fears. They are a very special group of people who are patient and go above and beyond to be helpful. When I was currently having problems changing my healthcare prescription company, I asked if they had any suggestions. They have an agent named Rose who was able to get me signed up with one of the companies Medicare had recommended and at the very last minute! She and her associate are just a treasure.

My experience at Torrance Pharmacy has been excellent. So different from other pharmacies, and I enjoy picking up my medication because of the great service. One particular person, her name is Antonia. She is outstanding and the reason why I continue to have my medicines at Torrance Pharmacy. She goes above and beyond to make sure all my prescriptions are filled and stays in contact with me when it’s time to refill or if there’s any changes, delays or when my prescription are ready. I have never experienced something so extraordinary like this at a Pharmacy. The respect, her personality, and how she treats people are fantastic. I appreciate the service she provides, and I’m 100% sure that she treats everything the same. Torrance Pharmacy customers are fortunate to have Antonia, and I’m sure this pharmacy also feels the same way I do. Excellent service, Antonia - please continue to be unique, continue to treat people the way you do, and continue to be such a positive vibe. Thank you for taking care of my meds in a very professional manner.

Was pleasantly surprised and delighted when I started having my prescriptions managed at Torrance Specialty Pharmacy. Their were so helpful and knowledgeable. They synced all my prescriptionsand had them delivered in the mail at the same time. No more trying to figure out what needed refilling and when. They answererall my questions and were cheerful and friendly.
