Torrance Flower shop was very professional from start to finish and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy customers. The wreath's banner had a slight misspelling and they came to the to replace it. And we were quite satisfied for their
quick response. And without asking, they refunded the cost of the banner! Wow! Talking about going the extra mile! 5 star service for sure!

I visited this shop based on it's 4.6 rating. I was extremely disappointed. The person was on the phone when I came in. I casually looked around until she was done. I greeted her with a good morning and a smile. I had a photo of an arrangement I was interested in and asked, "Can you make something similar?" She abruptly answered with, "We don't make from others website." I said I understand but can you make something similar. Then she said that the website prices were too low. I again said I understand. Can you make something similar? Then she said they do not have the same color flowers.
WHAT? The flowers in the photo I had were white and pink.
TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!

Ordered flowers online for a surprise birthday gift in Torrance and it was a very smooth transaction. The order was in a couple days since i had almost forgot but the online order could be made in time ?? Asked also if they could deliver in the afternoon and got a text from them that day when it was delivered. Seamless online transaction, and the recipient was very happy to receive the flowers too. Highly recommend?

She did a really lovely floral arrangement for my mother's birthday! She even stayed open a few minutes after her closing time so I could pick it up after I got off from work at 5pm. The flowers were so fragrant for days! Price was very reasonable also! I will be ordering from her again. I really appreciate her going the extra mile for me!

We could not be more happy with the experience.From the great and easy to use website, and the clear communication to the stunning flowers that was delivered. Bright colors and they smell amazing.This all on the busiest day of the year = Valentine's Day but Torrance Flower Shop nailed it!

Thank you so much for your friendly professional attitude on the phone. Same day service even though it was technically a little past the time for that. Flowers are absolutely beautiful, arrangement is as advertised in the image I chose, and the flowers totally fresh. Also delivery fee is a little less than competing places AND texted me an image of the flowers delivered in the porch. Couldn't be happier.

I have the mentality that not always the customer is right because there are really hard customers but I asked to show me 2 flowers together and the lady seems to be the owner didn't say a word but opened the fridge rudely and even making the arrangement seemed annoyed. My son was nice enough to handle her the money in a nice way that's when she said thank you. If you have a bad day I totally understand, we all have. We didn't give you a hard time. I just asked you to show me 2 flowers together... the flower arrangement was pretty so I am giving a 3 star.

My girlfriend was so happy to receive such a gorgeous bouquet for her birthday. The fresh flowers will continue to change the arrangement as they bloom. I like to use local florists. There was a slight issue with an arrangement which wasn't their fault and they went above and beyond the call of duty. They delivered an arrangement so beautiful it took our breath away. I highly recommend it. They value their customers and take pride in their work product.
