They are the best dog groomers we've ever had. Our dog used to get nervous when we took him in for a grooming. When we brought him here he was very calm, because of the way they treated him and with kindness. We recommend them very highly.

Just terrible... Front office dog trainer was nice, however the actual groomer "Sunni" chopped off all of my beautiful Maltipoo's lovely mane, and gave her an uneven choppy buzz cut instead of a light trim!I should have known when we walked into that small, dark shop; when my baby girl got so scared she was trembling, begging to leave. FYI: the place has no windows or sunlight, it is totally warm and stuffy, there poor air circulation, and barking dogs begging to be let out.Take a look at the before pic just a few months ago in August, and after pictures taken just 1 day after the grooming was done (October 5th)? !!! You judge for yourself, if this place is worth the $80+ and the trauma of letting your dog be clipped here!!!

We are highly recommended here. We have been here about 2 years now. Stuff and owner are very nice always and very important things is my dog love this place too. I am really like how the stuff treat my dog. We always feel great vibes from them. The owner is always taking time for us if we have any questions, concerns and teaching us. Thank you always treating us nicely. Live this place.

Since Chewy's adoption in June 2022, I've been taking him to Torrance Dog Grooming & Training for grooming once a month every month (I just added teeth cleaning for just $10 extra and this will now be the regular routine). This place came recommended and the team impressed me from day one. They take and keep notes on grooming preferences and are very consistent in their quality and style. Booking is easy via text and they do a great job of confirming the day before and when the job is complete, and with touchless pay and e-receipt options, they make this once a month routine very easy and convenient. With practicality out of the way, they show genuine care for Chewy and comment regularly on how he did and what they found. As a toy silver poodle, his fur can easily get matted and requires a lot of work to make it look as good and feel fluffy as they do. I couldn't imagine taking Chewy anywhere else! Thank you everyone at Torrance Dog Grooming & Training!

Absolutely amazing experience. They worked my dog in for an appointment today and I could not be happier . Quick, easy, and very friendly service. They were very kind with my senior dog. I’m so happy I found this place. Will be bringing both of my dogs here from now on.

I've been coming here since I moved to Torrance. This grooming shop is my favorite grooming spot in southday. I tried other grooming shops when I was not able to book the appointment with them. But whenever my dog groomed at other places, I was not satisfied with how other grooming shop groomed my dog. Joseph always accommodate my requests and I love how the groomed my dog. After the grooming my dog looks young and cute!

We came here many times before with the previous owner. First time returning under the new management. Cost $120 for a groom and bath. Standard price for a golden retriever if they did a good job. They left him patchy and uneven. Paw fur lengths did not match either. His belly had shave marks as they were not blended. They cut off his whiskers. I will not be returning and do not recommend. At least my dog is unaware but we now just have to wait for his fur to grow back

I just adopted a dog and it needed a full service. She had a matted tail, food stuck to her face. So, I looked up a groomer here on Yelp and thought I should give this place a shot! This little place is located on Crenshaw & Lomita across the street from the Torrance crossroads. It shares a parking lot with neighboring restaurants, and businesses. Parking might be rough, but luckily I had no issues with parking. As I walked in, I was instantly greeted by a really nice lady. I had no idea how to pick a hair cutting for my little cookie so I asked for advice, and she brought someone out to help. She advised me of how she was going to trim her up and then they told me they would text me when she was ready. I came back in two hours (as they advised me) after I received my text and she looked absolutely amazing .. my grey and white dog ended up being white and black! Everyone greeted me and petted cookie good bye. Best $65 bucks I've ever spent on an animal. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and fam. This place was so warm and welcoming. I can't believe how nice everyone was. I'll be back with my lil dog.

Best groomer in Torrance. They are friendly and do a great job! It’s been twice, where they keep me aware of issues with my dog’s health before it gets to be a big costly vet bill for ear and skin infections. I am so thankful for them for caring about my dog’s health and leaving him cute and fluffy, every time! Seriously love their services

We returned back to Torrance after a few years and were looking for a groomer for our Yorkie. Our dog is famous for being not cooperative when groomed. I was so happy with his grooming and service. Yes, it was loud and a bit hectic with others dogs barking but that's how it is, dogs bark... especially if left at a groomers. My main need was a good groomer that would take good care of my dog, simple. I'll definetly be back.

This place may be good with smaller dogs and other shorter-hair dog breeds, but this may not be the best place if your dog has a lot of undercoat like ours does. Our dog was taken care of by other groomers before including mobile dog grooming for the past 4 years and they all turned out great. We just wanted to try this place because it was nearby.Unfortunately, our dog was returned to us unfinished. He was bathed and a lot of his undercoat had been brushed out. However- he was still shedding (to the point where he was leaving a trail of hair everywhere we went) and had knots in his fur by his neck that we had to brush out ourselves. We were told that if we brought him back we would have to trim his fur ourselves beforehand.We know that our dog does take a lot of work, but we would appreciate open communication and an honest assessment before agreeing to do the job. Even though he needs extra work- his previous groomers had the experience to assess how much time they would need or they called us during the job to say they needed more time. As a result, we had to get his previous groomer to finish the job. If they had been honest, we would have been spared our time and money. I know this place is probably good with smaller dogs with shorter coats- but if you have a high maintenance dog that needs more work- consider other places.

I tried Torrance Dog Grooming for the first time, and they did a great job in a timely fashion! My pup looks few years younger, and seemingly acting younger too, now that he feels liberated from matting and long hair! Thank you, great job!

First time here. My regular groomer was on vacation. Helpful staff. I do like the way my dog looks on top BUT this place is very loud. If you have special instructions, please write it down or text it when confirming your appointment. My dog came back with scratches and shaved so close on her under side that her skin is weeping, moist and 'sweaty' from razor burns inside her legs. She's itchy. She's scooting to ease herself. We have not slept in 2 nights. I called to make an appointment and relayed instructions not to shave my dog's underbelly. Since we were on our way home, we dropped by to check out the (very loud barking) place and this time met the Groomer and again relayed my instruction not to shave my dog's underbelly. I returned at my scheduled time and repeated myself.
