The figures and plushes are overpriced and can be found at other stores in the mall for more reasonable prices. What I thought was a box set of figures I bought today ended up being a blind single box instead. Nothing on the packaging suggests it was a blind box, and the store made no attempt to present it as such. After looking up the item online, they have also priced it as the full box set instead of the blind single box pricing other stores do, and the store refused to offer store credit when I tried to return it. They will not be receiving my business again, and I suggest you visit the other anime and Japanese merchandise stores in the mall over this one.

I love this place so much! Cool anime items you can buy! Friendly staff! And you got japanese and bts and etc stuff! Bit small but still a welcoming place, i go here at least every week like 3-5 times, you’ll see me with my friends!

This is an okay store, It's well cleaned too! The only issue I have is with the pricing. It's about 12 for a small plushie. If you like those Totoro backpacks, you need to have at least $50-60 on you. I don't really know how much the action figures are, but the last time I looked at one. (It was of the vocaloid character Len Kagamine) Was about 60 dollars. The only issue with the store is the price.
