Terrible place. Bought a grinder and 2 vapes here. Elf bars do not work or charge and they don’t refund you. The grinder I bought a month ago and broke today. Don’t come here. Go to Torrance smoke shop. So much better, great inventory, friendly, reliable. Never had a vape from there be fake or broken.

The first time, last summer, the clark lady (shop owner?) was very friendly and nice.Yesterday, the middle eastern guy ripped me off. He didn’t even use the register. He put the money in his pocket. Avoid him.

I love this store. I am a regular customer who deeply respects family values. They have genuinely given me good offers on quality products. I have been a smoker/vaper for over 16 years and I know a good deal when I see one. Give them respect and I am confident they will return the favor. They are friendly people who I believe are doing their best for their customers.

F*** this place walked it bought a bang vape opened it up in store and tested it,, it literally had NO flavor what so ever , taste like pure smoke I'm positive it's a fake, so I tell him there no flavor so asked if I can exchange it for an elfbar I offered to pay the difference long story short he refused and wanted me to pay 1/2 for the elfbar wtf !! Horrible customer service and be ware this spots a huge scam!!! F...U!!!! Stay away !

Horrible experience. I bought 2 flumes from here because it was next to my nail salon. Opened up to use one of them and it wasn't working, the other one I bought worked. I can back to get a new one within 20 minutes, but the owners refused to give me a new one. The reason was to try the product before I left. They never said I could do that. They have small signs saying I could. However, if a product doesn't work, it should be replaced. Just avoid this place.

Worst customer service ever. TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY elsewhere. Bought a piece from them, got home to wash it and it was cracked. Went back to talk to them about it and the first thing the owner tells me is that I broke it. I was never allowed to look at it; guy just grabbed it from the shelf and wrapped it up. I notified them about this and they said that "they check" it and that should be enough. How can a BUYER know that it wasn't broken already in the store if they check it. They offered me a same water pipe but half off. Sure let me give you more of my hard earned money when you already scammed me for the other $35. Total rip off, avoid this place at all cost and go ELSEWHERE!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Got a vape and it looked so fake and was scratched up, tastes burnt,didn't hit for more than 2 seconds but they couldn't trade it because "it still works". Don't waste your money here
