“Glad I claimed my Continental tire warranty here. The team was very helpful, and they were able to correct my bent rim. Very grateful for that. They offered to replace my dying TPMS sensors, but I declined.

“I came in to get a tire checked because there was a screw in it, and I was blown away by the level of service here. Even though I didn’t buy my tires from America’s Tire, they repaired the tire for free — and on top of that, they also offered a free tire rotation.
DJ was the gentleman who helped me, and he was awesome. Super professional, friendly, and took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain what they were going to do to my vehicle. He even provided me with a detailed quote for a new set of tires for when I’m ready, and gave me some great advice about rotating my tires a little sooner than the manufacturer recommends — something he’s seen make a real difference in tire life from his experience.
Really appreciate DJ and the whole team at America’s Tire Torrance for their honesty, professionalism, and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my tire needs!”

“As a female, auto shops aren’t fun. There’s so many men who take advantage of women (I have multiple stories but won’t go into detail). Ray was so awesome. He listened to me vent about my experience with the Lyft maintenance requirement and was amazingly comforting. This man needs a raise. This location does all maintenance services and repairs. Call if you want to make sure they offer what you need but, I highly recommend this location. I went to three other Just Tire locations in Orange County and two Pep Boys locations and was told, “I only have one mechanic and no appointments allowed.” This will be my new maintenance shop. I live in Orange but, to get good service, the drive is worth it.”

“Good wholesale warehouse club store. It's similar to Costco but much less crowded. I also like how they label the aisles so you can find what you need. Make sure to download the Scan and Go App which makes it much easier to get what you need. They also have a good selection of clothing, while not as big as Costco's clothing selection, they have a good selection. They also have a lot more brand name items that you normally find in the grocery store in bulk quantities.”
“problem with my vehicle was not caught. pep boys did the work i requested but I'm not a mechanic. a very simple start of my car would have caught this problem. THE VERY LOUD SCREECHING NOISE WAS A TIP OF I will have to undo pep boys work fix the problem then reinstall pep boys' work. I would use shops like these ask for diagnostic first before doing any work”
“This place is the best. Located right on the border of Old Town Torrance, Keith's is the best for repair and replacement work.
I'm highly satisfied with the work that was performed and will be back to have other work done. Jimmy and Keith ate down to earth and will explain and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
As soon I walked in I knew this place was going to rock and it did. They have a great crew working for them. I have nothing but praise and will recommend them to everyone I know. If you have AAA don't forget to mention to them!”

“Scheduled an appointment via app for headlight restoration. Arrived on time and Amber helped check my car in. Shaun was the tech who worked on my headlights. 1 hour later and my headlights look brand new.
The customer service at this department was impeccable. I can not say a bad thing about this experience. I highly recommend headlight restoration services at this location. I can only assume their other services are great, too.
Make sure to book an appointment on the walmart app. If you go to the store to make an appointment, they will have you scan a qr code and make an appointment on the app anyway.”
