8/1/2023 11:00 amThe lady who helped me and my son had a stinky attitude. I bought my son a backpack, and the backpack had stains on it. So I asked her if she can get another product for me and she looked like she was pissed of that she had to leave the register and walk around it to grab another one. The bag she got us had another stain, so I asked her nicely what was it.. she gave responded "I have no idea". She didn't seem like she wanted to help us get another product. I also asked her nicely if there are future promotions or discounts for back to school incase I have to buy my son clothes/shoes for the new school year. She said No and that if I spend $60 today I can get $10 note for september. I gave her my email, but I did not get an email confirmation or anything. It seemed like she just typed in whatever email she could for us to leave already. It wasn't a pleasant visit to this store because of the lady who rang us up. No-one really acknowledged me and my son or tried to help. I'll be shopping at Zumies instead of here.

Came here on 7/25/23 & I had the worst experience. I was patiently waiting in line to buy a hat and as soon as me and my friend were up next, one of the associates with a pink sweater, blonde hair that was loose, and blue eyes was very discriminating to us. She told us to move to the other side of the store to stand in line when there’s no clear sign of where to stand?! And why didn’t she tell the customers behind us to do the same. This made me so upset and the cashier could’ve told us something but she stood quiet like a dog… and she had the nerve to ask the people behind us if they were next when she literally saw me move. I’m sick and tired of all the female employees here each time I go here it’s a bad experience. Never shopping here again.

Lol male short worker got such stank face, looked very annoyed, accomadated very minimal, uneducated/ lack mannerism. Even after I said "thank you" *crickets, only a blank stank face

Employees closing rush you out rudely and have no customer service. At my job I don't rush out my clients because I want to go home. So the little bit I can make the store before the mall closes I'd expect the same respect from the employees. It's a shame.

Customer service not so great, the girl with the eyelashes seemed to be having a tough day, hopefully that's not her everyday customer service! Out of 5 shoes they didn't have none in my size. Also I asked if I could have or purchase a plastic bag and she said she could do that. The girl with the eyelashes refused in a bad tone, my first time asking for a plastic bag they ran out at the food place. Some were helpful though.

This place was a dump, things were a mess t shirts everywhere, I was trying to look at the shoes and they were very messy. Very disappointed compared to other tillys I’ve been too !

I went here today around 5-6pm and the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. She even offered to help me fix up my rewards account because mistakenly had three under the same phone number. I'd definitely come back to this Tilly's.

Great to see tillys in del amo mall besides that other small tillys. However I was frustrated with such a poor service. Went here on last Wednesday for shoes and I was waiting for any of the workers(they had 4 workers but only one of them seemed like she's busy) to come to me for an assist. No one came so I was standing there with the shoe in my hand just looking at the workers in the cashier place. This guy who was working glanced at me and he totally ignored me. Literally had to wait in the cashier line and ask them there for my size. While I was waiting at the line I heard their store phone ring several times and the ladies were laughing and joking around not answering their call. This one lady worker asked another worker about the call and she said "I don't answer the call usually" and started laughing giggling with each other. So unprofessional.

We waited in a 15 minute line to run in and get an alarm tag taken off since they hadn't taken it off of a beanie I had purchased last week. Once we finally get in we get HARASSED by an employee by the name of Sandra! She told us there was a line to go into the store and we told her we waited in that line for 15 mins and the guy at the door let us in and she continued to harass us and embarrass us in front of everyone in the store! She went as far as asking the guy at the door if we really waited in line! Extremely unprofessional and made her teammate look bad by insinuating that he wasn't doing his job correctly (guarding the door and handling the line) she then proceeded to walk around the store and give me dirty looks for the entire time I waited in line at the cash register! I feel like she was racist and just picking on us. Made the company and store look so bad! Everyone else at this store is so kind and so helpful but I won't be returning or giving my business to this place because they harass and embarrass their customers! All for their fault to begin with for not taking an alarm off of a beanie!

Ever since management has changed, these new girls are very rude. I called to see if there was a ring in stock. The girl named Aliyah answered the phone. Picked up very quickly, stumbled over her words as if she was trying to rush into the sale, in which in my previous experiences the girls have always taken their time and helped me out regardless if it was over the phone, the old girls took their time. Aliyah kept rushing me and I didn't feel comfortable with the interaction I received. I did not end up making a purchase with her. To think I was ready to spend a good amount of money, but yet this employee rushed me. Definitely will not be coming back, management is also terrible now. Aliyah made my experience terrible and I hope they fire her so another customer won't have that interaction as I did

Poor customer service..it was my first time going in and they took too long just to go meet me at the door when the place was empty and they didn't want to let my bf in with me. Not good first impression..second time trying to go in and look. They asked if I had something specific in mind to shop, I said no just to look since it's my first time and they right away didn't really want to help..no problem I will take my money to Tiffany.

bought a ring didn't like customer service Won't be back I'll just drive to Tiffany's next time There was a toddler all up in the treats touching all the cupcakes and cookies and in a time of coronavirus panic the associate should've told the mother to not have her daughter touching the edibles. Nasty. If words could describe my experience it would be SNOOTY and NASTY.

A few weeks ago I had gone in with the intentions of buying some charms for my charm bracelet. I signed in and was looking around then some other three girls walked in after us and didn't sign in. The worker read my name and I had announced that I was there. I'm not sure if she didn't here me but she then began to attend the other three ladies. I told the worker that I was there first and she rudely said "no they were here first but didn't sign in." I responded with "I came in first and I signed it. Even then they didn't sign in and you guys are assisting by people who sign in." She didn't care and continued to assist them. I've had bad experiences before but not this bad so I continued to go back anyway because it is the closest one to me. After that I have no intention of returning and don't understand what kind of people they have working there. It's such terrible customer service way too often.
