I am being charged for 2 units. Percilla refused to help me. I keep asking her for help and she refused. I asked her to pull up my files. She didn’t want to get out of her seat. She stayed at the computer and told me I was not allowed to speak to her supervisor. She doesn’t have any answers. I just keep getting “I don’t know” , “I don’t know” but you gotta pay for 2 units in order to get access. Percilla is super rude. Horrible customer service. I feel like I am in the hood talking to a teenage girl. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she refused. I asked when the supervisor would return she wiggled her head at me like a teenager and told me “I don’t know”. Never rent from here unless you want to be price gouged. Their monthly rent may seem lose but they make it up in fees later one way or another. Percilla also has her two dogs in the leasing office and my allergies are going crazy. I am coughing and sneezing. The dogs are baking at everything moving around. The dogs bark at people when they walk into the office.

Been with this company for years , and I have to say, I couldn'tve made a better choice when selecting a storage facility. More than reasonably priced, convenient location right off the freeway, and they have by far the most helpful and customer friendly staff I've ever encountered. I'm so thankful for their continued service and look forward to many more years of it to come!

I am very upset because the places went up and I never received a letter where they notified me and they charged me for being late, when I always leave up to 6 months paid in advance, they could call or notify by another means, since I never received the letters they sent, Not even because they had additional checks could they take the difference from there. They always look for a way to collect everything from me.

I tried to pay a bill online but their automated system has bugs and would not accept my payment. My payment was late because of this and they refuse to help fix the issue. BEWARE: They will charge you for issues that are their fault and say there is nothing they can do!! Their website, payment system, and storage facility look like something from the 1990s. This place needs to be remodeled, website needs to be updated, and workers need to be replaced.. most of the good reviews are from people who use their old uhaul trucks .. they never had the displeasure of trying to pay a monthly payment . This place will be nice to you until there is a problem.. you are on your own afterwards.

I needed a last minute U-Haul and used the app to find this place. Shilita really made the process clear and easy! The truck was clean and with a full tank of gas.You can’t park on their property while you’re using your rental as spots are limited, but plenty of street parking.I recommend this place for any U-Haul needs.

The prices are fair and don't increase as much yearly as other places. Getting a unit was easy and paying for it, is flexible with advance payments as an option. The storage units at least were pretty secure near the front around the A blocks. It is in a somewhat industrial area so ymmv. Whenever I had a problem with billing, Priscilla at the front desk was helpful and got things settled efficiently.

My very close friend uses this storage business to move him. Uhaul truck reservedhere, awesome ? This mirror was moved due to our mom passing...it has sentimental value. Everybody that needed to help me stopped up. It's been difficult for meThank you Wayne Cohen (storage tenant)
