I was bullied and attacked most of my childhood so walking into new places with large groups of people can be intimidating and scary. Blueprint LA (BPLA) was the first gym I felt safe, comfortable, and welcomed the first day.I found Blueprint LA after I posted on Hermosa Forum (Facebook Group) looking for a personal trainer to get ready for my wedding. Coach Melissa answered my post. She was the one who first introduced me to BPLA and I will be forever grateful for her.I did personal training with Coach Melissa and Coach Shannan. I never felt alone. They have made such an incredible difference in my life. They helped me realize that if I am committed to something, there is nothing that will stop me from achieving what I want to achieve. Both trainers have pushed me to train harder than I would ever push myself. They continually inspire me to try things at a level higher than where my comfort zone lies and it means the world to me. They were patient, flexible to work around my schedule, and checked in on me daily to see how I was feeling after a session or in general. Melissa and Shannan are one-of-a-kind, really care about their clients, and want to make sure they reach their goals. They have helped me achieve an incredibly strong core which has given me more confidence with everything that I do! Thank you Melissa and Shannan for being my coach, friend and inspiration! I truly appreciate you both so much.BPLA coaches are always positive, encouraging, and full of energy. They are all love what they do and truly motivate and encourage all their members. The classes/workouts are always exciting, challenging & new. Working out has become much more fun because now I actually know what I’m doing with the help of the coaches. Not only am I in better shape now, but I also feel much more confident about myself. These workouts have had a huge positive impact on my life.Theres a podcast that you can listen to. This podcast helped me relate and connect to many of the coaches at BPLA.My advice to those setting health and fitness goals is to be patient and consistent, and that the work will pay off. I've been a member of The Blueprint L.A. for more than four years. I'm in the best shape I've ever been in and can't imagine ever going to another gym. Every workout is challenging and motivating. The coaches are top-notch. They guide you when you need it, but more than anything give you that special push you need to complete every station. The coaches and many of the members have become friends for life, which is why I love the BPLA community. It's great to see all thew familiar faces every day, but really cool to welcome the new members who come in each and every week. I'm in it for the long-haul and recommend BPLA for anyone who might be window shopping for a gym. They won't regret joining.

I have done a lot of different gyms, classes and at home workouts but nothing compares to BPLA. I look forward to going and the classes are always tough and productive workouts. I work and have kids and there is still always a class time that works for my schedule and amazing coaches that are intentional and committed at each class. I have gotten so much stronger and I love the community and inclusivity focused Blue Print gym.

The classes are quite chaotic. There are just too many students in a class. Don't get me wrong. The community and the coaches are great, and you can definitely get a good sweat from the workouts.But for beginners, you won't be able to learn good lifting techniques and movement patterns because of the lack of coaching time.And for advanced athletes, you won't have the time to build up to your heavy set because they limit the time you have at each station, and most likely you'll be sharing the space with 3+ other people.

I attended my first Blueprint LA Class Sunday, May 21st, with Coach Melissa and Jenn. When I entered the facility, Melissa greeted me with a smile and was SUPER pleasant and inviting. I am super picky with workout circuits and how instructors demo each station, especially being a new bee; however, Melissa did an outstanding job explaining each station. She took little time explaining each station so we could jump into the workout immediately. (when I say she took "little time explaining each station," she provided proper instruction without cutting into the workout time.) The flow of the workout was phenomenal and provided an excellent sweat burn. I was impressed with how Melissa and Jennifer worked the room, and we were readily available to provide form correction when needed.I would join Blueprint LA today, but unfortunately, I live too far to become a regular member. I will be back, though, mark my words. And a thank you to my wonderful friend Breezy for the invite!

I’ve been around dozens of different gyms in my life and The Blueprint LA is hands down the best of them all. The culture they have built here is really something special. You can feel the positive vibes the moment you walk through the door. It really feels like one big, healthy, happy family! 10/10 would recommend!

If you are like me and need energy and motivation to get you through your workout, this is the place! I have really struggled getting back to any gym, but I am glad I found Blueprint LA! All the trainers and members have been welcoming, so helpful, and motivating. The trainers have been so great and even though I struggle through the workouts (it’s been awhile), I know I have support and that each time I come in I am getting better! I’m so glad I joined this community!

I’m in month 2 of my journey at Blueprint and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. I actually look forward to getting up early every morning and hitting the gym. The coaches make it a point to get to know every single member that walks through the door. The workouts are fun and challenging at the same time. The hour is always over before I know it so I know I’m having a good time. And of course the music is always on point! I’m grateful to be part of this community and positive vibe!

This is my favorite gym I've ever been to. The facility is top notch, the coaching is on point, the workouts are BRUTAL (in the best way possible), but what really sets it apart is the community and the overwhelming positivity. Everyone I met here is welcoming, encouraging, and super friendly - it makes it much easier to show up, even on days when you don't really feel like working out. Highly recommend!

Blueprint LA is an amazing gym with some awesome trainers! Before Blueprint I couldn't find a gym that I liked. Once I started at Blueprint I knew it was a perfect fit! I used to play soccer and missed that feeling of being on a team and having people to push you to work harder and do better. Each and everyday I leave happy and ready for the next workout. All around great gym with a great community and great vibes!!

LOVE this gym!! The workouts are always super dynamic and interesting, whether you go on a strength focused day or a cardio focused day. They really do strive to make workouts that work for everyone, from total beginners to seasoned athletes.I joined after sustaining a serious injury and not being able to exercise for almost a year. I was a strong athlete but lost a lot of my strength and stamina from being inactive during my recovery. I have since gained back the fitness I had prior to my injury, and then some! They are very good at working around injuries and providing modifications, when needed.The culture of the gym is equally as amazing as the classes they put on. The coaches as well as the members are the kindest, most encouraging people you’ll ever meet. People of all fitness levels are welcomed and motivated to become the best they can be.

This is such an amazing gym! The classes are so great. I love how they focus on certain areas on the body on certain days of a week. The sense of community and teamwork is amazing. The coaches are so rad too. They are energetic and really do care about your fitness goals and progress!!

My friend had been telling me about this gym for a while and I decided to finally give it a try. I joined about 7 weeks ago and have seen the results. Going about 3-5 times a week I have gained muscle and lost fat(22%-18%) in about 6 weeks. The trainers have very good energy and the community of members is welcoming and everybody encourages each other. I had been looking for a gym just like this.

This gym is truly unlike any other. For years I’ve tried many other gyms in search for a place where I felt comfortable. On day 1 of my 3 day trial, I already knew I had finally found my TRIBE. Blueprint is not only welcoming but they have TOP NOTCH trainers. This gym has transformed my life. They’ve taught me and continue to teach me how to be the best version of me. Not only physically but mentally. I’m not only becoming more confident but I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. And as if this isn’t enough, I’ve made some truly remarkable friends along the way. ONE TRIBE, ONE VIBE! Everyone is so helpful. But don’t take my word for it, come try for yourself. You’ll fall in love too.
