Very unprofessional business.. didn't file my taxes correctly and after weeks of trying to get ahold of them they were rude about it and wouldn't take responsibility for their mistakes. Later to find out they had accidentally sent me someone else's account info and didn't notice until I pointed it out.. maybe they need some more training. Do not recommend.

David is very unprofessional - likes to blame his client/staff for every mistake & will never own up or take accountability for his actions. He does not answer the phone, texts, or emails the only way to get a response from this man would be to write a bad review as you can see here those are the only reviews he responds to, he is FULL of nothing but excuses & NO solutions. Definitely would recommend you save yourself the headache & go else where!! You did my taxes this year goofball, so yes the truth will come out. You took my money & failed to file my taxes or respond until weeks later. Do better, take accountability stop trying to blame everyone but yourself. Yelp isnt gonna help you with your shitty business.

I was going to David for taxes for about 5-6 years . It just started declining really bad. The first bad year he or his assistants{he doesn't take responsibility for mistakes} made an error for banking info so it took awhile to get my return. The next year i forgot to give a form to him so we had to amend my taxes no biggie it was my fault i didn't care . When they filed my amended taxes they didn't include the correct form so i waited a whole year to find out that they filed it wrong . The irs was backed up so that's why it took so long to find out they did it wrong. David did apologize but blamed it on the staff and myself for even having to amend my taxes in the first place . He gets NEW staff EVERY YEAR, why ? no idea but that was the reason he blamed the mistakes on. Down the This year we talked and he was supposed to file an extension on my taxes and didn't file anything at all and i'm finding this out because i wanted him to go ahead and file my taxes, as he told me to call him when i'm ready. He is not answering any of my phone calls or texts . I had to call the IRS to find out nothing was ever filed . I trusted him and his company for way too long giving him benefit of the doubt and even recommending people to him when it was good . I will no longer be doing so, save your time and money and go to a more professional Tax person .

I went to get my taxes done with David…..He explains thoroughly your case….and answers all questions. Very knowledgeable and gets things done! I recommended taking all the questions the same day of visit and get things done! I will go back next year

I was referred to Tax Wizards by my ex husband. I had many years of taxes i did not file for due to identity theft. David, the owner, was so comforting and encouraging and straight forward. Exactly what I needed! He knows what he is talking about and gets the job done. Its me who is the lagger! Lol

My sister filed her taxes for 2016 and never got her refund back. They never bothered to let her know what happened. Now she is trying to buy a house and they don't have time to give her the information needed to get prequalified. Now the house she wants is being sold to someone else just because these people can't respond to a phone call. Why do you have a phone then? Your odimated message should say don't bother calling we won't call back. At least that would be more honest. We call and call and they never call back or answer the phone. We would drive to Torrance but we live a couple of hours away now. A simple call back to a customer would be profesional or at least curtious. I feel as if they stole from my sister. Never Do your taxes here. I wish I could give negative 5 stars.

Tax wizard's are really a Tax miracle. I've been going to David for more than 13yrs, I have yet to be disappointed. He walks us through the steps to get familiar with the current tax procedures (Thanks Trump). He is a honest and respectable man that wants you to be informed about your money, Plus he doing accounting now. Best tax service I ever had. Wouldn't return to any other tax preparation business.
