I purchased some items from Swarovski last year, and have enjoyed them. They appear high quality, for more reasonable price points. My review is really to highlight the service of one of their team members Jennifer, who with each interaction goes above and beyond. She helped me shop for my purchase, and let me try on all the items, was helpful with sizing, and so sweet. My experience around Swarovski was so positive because of her.

The lady with the bun did not want to work, she has RBF and didn’t want to help us. I asked for the angelic set and they said they were out of stock.

Bought a ring in store 1-2 weeks ago and it's now on sale online. Apparently Swarovski is one of the only stores that doesn't do a price adjustment... gonna shop elsewhere next time

Very bad customer service. Planned to purchase a few items. There were three associates in the store, they were busy talked with each other and ignored the customers. There was a Asian girl and two Latino ladies. When customers still inside the store, they were busy chatting each other and two of the Latino ladies had very unprofessional attitude! At end, I decided to leave without purchasing anything coz the customer service was terrible!

I went into the store the week before Christmas, 12-16-2021, at approximately 5:40pm and was excited to see the store pretty empty. I observed about 3 or 4 employees at the counter and despite me being the only customer in the store, not one employee turned to acknowledge my presence. I went in with the intention of purchasing two pens, but o decided to take my business elsewhere. I do not to spend my money at a store where I'm not even noticed.

Horrible customer service! This is the worst reviewed Swarovski near me and I now understand why. When I first even entered the store, I wasn't even greeted. The lady that was working only bothered to respond with "Hi" in a low, bothered tone, only after I told her "hello". This is the only Swarovski I've ever stepped a foot in where a worker didn't even bother to greet me with a smile to help me. I went in because my mom had purchased a necklace from Swarovski for me only 3 weeks ago and on my first time trying to wear it, the part of the necklace came apart. The lady that was working there was not helping me whatsoever and when I told her the story and showed her the necklace itself, she just goes, "we can't exchange this for you. It's already damaged." in such an annoyed tone. Are you kidding me? If I broke this necklace personally, I completely understand, but this necklace fell apart when I was trying to wear it for the first time. Only leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because the manager was very kind and allowed us to exchange for the new one right away, but they seriously need better customer service. Even if we never had this issue with the necklace, I would've still been upset because of the attitude this worker had!
