Highly recommend this place!!I've lived here for almost a year now and I don't see myself moving out any time soon. Kenneth is very easy to communicate with over text, which I really like, but there are plenty of ways to get in touch or submit maintenance requests. When I viewed the apartment, I had to apply quick because these apartments get rented up so quick since they are so nice for the price. The application process was online and made me feel really comfortable about giving my security deposit and information. I also got to meet his dog which was awesome! Move in was so easy. It's way more affordable than anywhere in the area, you get an assigned gated parking spot, and there is not a single time of day that you don't find street parking. There's a pool, jacuzzi, gym, laundry, pool tables. Amazon and other deliveries never have an issue getting delivered. There are cute little restaurants, bars, and a brewery in walking distance, and tons more within a 2 mile radius. It's very dog friendly, and I feel safe walking my dog any time of day or night in this neighborhood. My studio is almost like a 1 bedroom without a door, so there is still some privacy. In the time I've been here, Kenneth has made huge improvements, including redoing our parking lot, which is huge!There's an amazing view of the sunset over the Palos Verdes hills from the back of these apartments, and not a far drive to hiking right over those hills right on the ocean.

Lived there for about two years. No complaints. If I needed maintenance for anything it didn't take long to resolve the issue. Ken the onsite manager was very good at taking care of business . Great amenities, pool, jacuzzi, gym, and game room. Good secure assigned parking .

During my time here, the Manager (Kenneth) was very responsive and attentive to any issues that came up. He understood what a reliable Property Manager was and wanted to ensure he was showing up as best as he could for the tenants in this building. He has been very approachable and professional. The building is quite old but he does his best to maintain it and keep things running smoothly. Neighbors were friendly and location was nice. I appreciated the quietness of the building too - This was a plus for us work-from-home folks.

I moved to Kensington Apartments about 5months ago and I was skeptical because of the bad reviews on yelp. However, these reviews were based on a previous who no longer works here. The new manager is awesome. He acts fast when things are broken and keeps the apartment area safe and clean for everyone. Plenty of parking for guests, area is safe, apartments are descent sized. It's close to supermarkets and restaurants. I'm happy to have found such a nice place in such a quick time.

My boyfriend and I moved in a little over a month ago and I have no complaints. Our landlord, Kenneth, is very approachable and friendly and responds quickly. Arlington ave can be a busy street but between 7p-8a it's pretty quiet and there's always street parking.

The new landlord Kenneth is amazing. Very helpful, reliable, and responsive. I can't say I have anything to complain about. My girlfriend parks inside the parking garage/ structure so I always park outside and I never have a trouble with street parking. Quiet neighborhood and great location.

For the money great place. You absolutely will NOT find a better price on rent in 90501-90505 (excl. 90502 that's not Torrance it's LA strip). Is it new and updated - No. Is it trendy and hip - No. It's what you pay for - a cheap place to live in a relatively safe clean neighborhood. The manager Kenneth is a nice guy. He tries hard to make you happy and you can see he's always busy tending to property business. If you're one of those people on a McDonald's budget expecting Maestros dinner - get real and move on. If you want a decent place to live in a City that hasn't fallen apart yet - this is your place.

You get what you paid for. Cheaper rent then the ones around it. Old building, pipping and managing. Once you signed the lease, will regret it. Trust me.

Stay Away!!! Worst Management ever! Linnea will not stick up for you nor Gaurd your safety. Worker orders are slow. Grounds have hazards on them and things barley kept and not kept to code. Trash will over flow and the management doesn't seem to care.

The lady who runs this office, Linnea, apparently has no desire to fill her vacancies. Left her a voicemail last weekend and nothing. Emailed her my consumer report... crickets. She doesn’t show the property on the weekends. I have no idea how she gets away with it. Seemingly no one above her cares either.

I have no words to express the treatment I had at the time I was almost 3 year and never want to look back. The on-site manager is horrible and any interaction she was unprofessional, I have emails and photos and so much more but it’s good enough for me that I got out of there. It almost felt like she was a warden to a prison, sad thing is we were paying tenants and she used bullying and aggravation to get people to be scared enough not to deal with her. My son and I suffered extreme anxiety it we had to make a Maintenance free quest for happen to have any kind of interaction with her whatsoever. She had publicly shamed and yelled at my son and I over nothing and would try to drag her feet for repairs and then blame them on us, she let the grounds go quickly. The pool hasn’t worked in months. I wouldn’t have recommend this complex to an enemy, it’s that bad, no one she have to feel that way at a home they pay for. I have a file a nice thick I will be having a layer look at. I still haven’t got my deposit and I am sure if it’s anything like the past dealing I should expect her to screw me.
