Great place for storage. I stored here for over 5 years. Never had any issues. Place was always maintained clean. The staff was always very helpful. Darlene was so lovely.

Giving a shout-out to Darlene and Tatiana at the Earl St location. I've had excellent customer service from these two ladies. Darlene has always explained everything very thoroughly, walked me through my options. I appreciate how simple the auto-pay set up was and I have taken advantage of the extended hours several times. Tatiana was kind enough to make follow up phone calls when I needed it and I really appreciate them taking the time to treat me like a valued customer. Give these ladies a raise!

Personalable in-person customer service, easy access, great specials and reasonable rates. The only thing different than other places is no climate control, but otherwise great!

StorQuest Storage on Earl Street in Torrance is the best! Tatiana provided exceptional customer service in closing out my account on the last day. I highly recommend this place--it's immaculately clean, secure with cameras, no pests, not even dust! My furniture will miss this place!

Highly recommend this place! We came from out of state and had trouble booking online etc and Darlene was SO helpful. She helped us get the right size unit for the amount of things we had to store. She’s the best!! Cant thank her enough or express how much she helped us.

StorQuest Self Storage has been a very good and seamless experience. The service is simplified, the property is clean and well designed so you feel your property is always safe. They are easy to communicate with and they have English and Spanish speaking employees.
