I sent $4,8250 on May 17, 2022. As of October 23, 2023 I have not received a shipping container or refund. I have repeatedly requested a refund and I have been told that someone would contact me to arrange it. Nobody ever calls. I was originally guaranteed delivery in 1 week. After 4 months of no delivery, ignored calls, and zero contact I purchased a container from a different supplier. 7 months after the original payment date, somebody called me attempting to arrange delivery of a container after I had already requested a refund. It has now been 17 months since the original payment and I am still without refund. My next step is a lawsuit. Dont buy from these thieves.

Don’t buy a shipping container from this company. I bought a 20ft container paid $3618.00 last year in April . And I’m still waiting for my container to be deliver. Try calling the company they don’t answer there phone or email.

Wish I could give zero stars. Paid thousands for storage container last week. Had to overnight the check. No one was there to accept the over night check although they had assured us someone would be. Then they had to send someone to Fed Ex to get it. Was told Jose would be delivering the 40 ft sea container on Saturday ( four days ago), that Jose would be there between 9-11 am. Seeing no one at 10:30, called driver number. They were way out somewhere so we sat waiting another two hours. We had paid in full as stated including $900 for the tilt truck/trailer. Well, Jose did not appear and neither did the tilt trailer. We got a female with a banged up Dodge duelly truck with a 40 foot trailer. She was rude and would not listen to us. Then she stated she could not put container in place. Because she did not have the right equipment - the tilt trailer which would have easily moved the box. She hit our gate and our fence post with her truck. Now I have a giant sea container in my front yard. This company does not return calls or emails. We were told by Rose in the office that the owner/distribution manager was conducting an “ investigation”. Into what? We were told he would call us back Monday afternoon ( it’s Wednesday, no call). Guess ai have to sue these people. DO NOT give this company any money. DO NOT order anything from them. They no not live up to their quote, contract or verbal agreements.

paid in full for for a storage container August 11. I was told we would have the container in about 3-4 weeks. Still no container and when I call or email nobody is answering or calling me back. Very Very Very disappointed and horrible customer service

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT LEGIT. Ordered a used 40 foot, high cube in April 2021. Was told we had to pay by bank wire or check at the end of April. We mailed a check and received confirmation on 5/5 that payment was received. Worked with Cathy who said it would be a 6-8 week delivery. Every time I followed up, Cathy referred me to James for status. Eventually I was met with this - "I am no longer an employee at Storage Containers 4 Less please contact James 888-416-7983
[email protected]. Kind Regards Cathy Hondros" Been trying to get ahold of anyone since then and been met with no response at all. Obviously been scammed... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT LEGIT.

ABSOLUTE FRAUD!!! They only deal with checks and no credit cards because they know the credit card company will go after them for fraud. They have already been reported to the BBB. They take your money and never deliver the shipping container.

We purchased PAID in Full 3 containers in May 2021. IT IS now July 19th no containers delivered.. No one is calling us back. Looks like other people in same boat. I keep calling AJ and Jim

My parents ordered a 40Ft used High cube contain on 7/9/21, paid $5,270. They have not answered any of their phones calls/ emails and the container has not been delivered!!!!! These people are fraudulent!! Do not order from them!!

CONTAINERS FOR LESS it a criminal enterprise! We paid for 3 40ft reefer containers $26,000 . In April 2021 it's now July 21 2021. They will not return our phone calls. We are gathering names of all people who got ripped off by these guys. LA District Attorney is opening a criminal case. Theses guys are criminals

I purchased a container paid in full. They promised a delivery with in 2 weeks, and nothing! We paid in March and now it is almost June, there is no one to speak to , my calls just go to voice mail, I have emailed and still no response. This company is so unprofessional and I have asked for a full refund, I will not be doing business here and probably have to take them to court.

The timing of our purchase coincided with significant business disruption for the company which included the Covid-19 pandemic. As such I can offer some forgiveness in my heart. However, you be the judge as this experience may relate to your buying decision. Our order was placed in January of 2019 and payment was confirmed received by said company in February of 2019. We received our container (which met our specifications) on August 7 of 2020. If that doesn't scare you away, read on. The post-sales communication from this company, in our experience, was abysmal. I do not use that term lightly. We called several times and received no response. When we did receive communication regarding the delivery date, we were told they could not give us an estimate on the day of delivery due to weather. Communication stopped in February. We began to get frustrated in March of 2019 and asked for a full refund, as we had no communication regarding a delivery date from the company. We were then told, after we had requested a refund, that a delivery would happen the first week of April. We declined and requested a full refund. The company owner refused a full refund and said 90% was acceptable due to the "restocking" fee, which was "company policy." This policy is not written or delivered anywhere. The communication from the company's owner indicating a refund of 90% was emailed on 4/26/2019. We were not in receipt of a check by the beginning of 2020 and our calls, demand letters, and emails went unanswered. As we had paid by check before receiving the container, we had no recourse. I began aggressively reaching out in the spring of 2020 and finally received a return call from the business owner. He apologized, saying he was certain our invoice was closed and explaining he had some serious issues relating to employee embezzlement during 2019. He assured me he could deliver our container quickly. We agreed on the first week of July and he promised to call early in the week to indicate a day/time. That did not happen. He did not return my calls. So I began reaching out to others in the company in mid-July. The account manager told me my invoice was closed, that she remembered us specifically because my treasurer was "a real pain" and that they had sent us a check, and the fact that we didn't have one was "not her problem" before hanging up on me. I called the owner of the company again and he returned my call. He cited the Covid-19 shut-down as the reason for non-delivery and non-communication, and indicated deliver the first week of August. He told me, again, that he would call with a specific date/time of delivery. I had to call him several times at the beginning of the week to get information. Finally a date and time was set and we did indeed receive our container. The container is in fine working order and we are pleased with it. However, I certainly will not patronize this company in the future based on the continued communication problems, logistical challenges, employee issues, and lack of professionalism.

The 20' shipping container modifications and paint came out perfect. The driver was able to drop the container exactly where I wanted it. Over all, the price, quality of work and delivery were a 10.
