The store associate was very rude. She would just point you do this you do that the directions are on the side of the printer . I asked if she could assist me and she was annoyed . I said never mind and while I was waking out she sarcastically yelled have a good day and laughed . There was another women who was there and said the women working was rude to her as well. We won't be back. Already spoke to upper management

The manager is a douche and needs to check his attitude. I I walked in and he immediately starts off by saying, "we're closing in 10 minutes." I told him "I'm just picking up my Amazon order, but Yelp says you close at 9." Then proceeds to act like a douche bag when I attempt to show him.

Janelle was stellar! She promised a quick turnaround time (next day) for my 25 print card order despite the Holiday backlog. First time with Staples for printing, but she was friendly and attentive. Would go here again for printing cards.

They were amazing. They helped with my ups return. The store is amazing. If you are looking for Apple or Nintendo stuff this holiday I recommend this place.

I had a project that I had been working on every day for six months, and was finally ready to take to print today. Chris was WONDERFUL with helping me. He was patient, kind, and made the stress of all of this work fall by the wayside. He problem solved any issues that we had with my file, and invested his talents and skills into making sure that it was perfect AND ready same day. I haven't had this great of customer service in years, and really could never thank Chris enough for making my project even better than it was beforehand. I cannot wait to gift this project for father's day and watch my family react to this professional grade present. It will be a memory and experience we will never forget, and a good chunk of that is in thanks to Chris.

I wanted to recognize an excellent employee in Darryl at the Staples on the corner of Crenshaw and PCH. I ordered an expensive office chair with assembly added. When I went to pick the chair up, it did not look right and Darryl agreed that something was off and that it should be perfect. He told me he would build a new one for me that I could pick up the next day. Not only did this new chair look perfect, but he offered to help me get it to my car and carried it so it wouldn't scratch the wheels. He is an exceptional example of an employee that goes the extra mile. I just wanted to recognize his value and give him a 5-star shout out!

I just need to say thank you so much to Chris and the entire printer team. He went out of his way to provide excellent customer service and trouble shoot an issue with the text. I'm so grateful for you and that my meeting materials are 100% perfect. Could not do it without you. Thank you again.

If your day ain't so Dandy it's okay maybe you'll see Randy, I highly recommend this Staples location they provide the best customer service and they are fast and friendly.

As FYI— only handles Amazon/UPS returns if you have a printed label. If you don’t then be sure to go to a full UPS store.
