Every time I go in to Staples they have knowledgeable employees who help me with all my needs. They are also going to print my Christmas cards and provide envelopes. I always get great customer service. They don't mind coming out from behind the counter to walk me through printing step by step, helping me find something in an isle, etc.

I just shipped a bunch of family items at the Printing & Marketing Center and I was blown away by the terrific service. Brittney was a total pro who figured out how to ship my items in ways that reduced shipping charges and she packed them very carefully. She is so kind and while I was there I saw several customers come in and ask for her by name. I would highly recommend seeking her out for any shipping needs.

I don't think I have ever felt the need for writing a review for a stationary supply store but that changed a couple of days ago. A neice of mine passed and I was asked if I could provide blown up photos for her memorial. I went to the print shop at my local staples and there is a young man there by the name of Mustafa who took care of me. Amazing with customer service and delivering great quality poster board photos the same day. The memorial would not have been the same without them. Thank you!

Staff was unquestionably great with dealing with a customer retuning an Amazon order who was not prepared to return anything and not aware people were behind her. Police had to be called to get her to leave/arguing with other customers. She wouldn't leave and said they were neglecting her helping me out since I had my QR code and package out. She also said I disrespected her which was untrue. Much respect for the STAPLES staff. They handled it so well. Brittany kept everyone at calm the best she could. I'm sorry you had to deal with that! People are legit crazy

Probably the worst staples store ever. Submitted rush order for some bussines cards yesterday. Called today to see if they can be ready by 4pm. First I have been told I need to submit a "rushed order", so I had to go back cancel the current order just to find out there is nothing like a "rushed order" but just same day pick up. So I did it again (they had the same order int he first place), and called to confirm they recevided it. Asked if it can be done by 4pm latest. I have been told they will call me and it can be done by 4pm. 2:30 I call order is still not processed and they will call me when ready and are not sure when this will be, they will try by 4. Well guess what same day order should not take 2 days and on top of it they were super happy to cancel it. Culd have gone to FedEx and it would have been done within a few hours. Btw do not evwn try to call, 20 min hold time is the norm.

Omg this place is amazing they are very accommodating friendly very professional and the place is very well kept. There was a supervisor helped me find an ink toner for my printer the best deal. Usually other places want to sell you the most expensive items. Plus he told me get in the rewards program here you'll save the ink would be way more expensive other place I highly recommend this place and yes I'm a real customer not just trying to hype up the place. I'll shop here again trust me. You should do. Thx for reading

Booked a TSA appointment and upon arriving I was told the single person in the entire store that can process these was out sick. I can understand that people get sick, especially in todays COVID environment. But what I don't understand or accept is that a simple phone to cancel the appointment wasn't made. Additionally, they tone and delivery used to let me know was inappropriate. Sort of, we'll there out sick, you can come back later! When? I don't know, like next week, they might take you in as a walk in. Nothing like great customer service for a fail business model. Needless to point out, that I can buy everything you sell on Amazon for much cheaper. All you have is personalized service, and that wasn't great. I'll take my chances with a computer bot!

Staples is a great store for office supplies, art supplies , office furniture, tablets, computers, and back to school:) I buy Bic Round Stic balled point pens or Bic Cristal or papermate from here in bulk especially the box of 50-60 that you see in offices and restaurants they also get them from here too:) It's great to be able to see the products in person then from an image online like Amazon and E- Bay that sometimes they send you wrong product or wrong color of pen.

Used the print & ship service. Mustafa is absolutely phenomenal. He worked with us to adjust our business cards and ensured they come out 100% as intended. Truly above and beyond assistance.

Sadly, this store has earned its low rating. I was going to send in a large copy job, but the person who I spoke to on the phone had no idea when it would get done. They were busy (but weren't when I arrived.) I was in a bit of a rush so I decided to go in and do it myself. I asked the girl at the copy area a question and she was rude with attitude. Fine. While doing the large job, I ran out of paper. I had to wait an extended time for help and when the guy finally came over to the copiers he helped the people who just walked up, not me. Of course the machine checked me out, mid job. I was annoyed, but waited. I told him it was out of paper, he opened the paper drawer and says "well that's the problem, you're out of paper." Hmm, you don't say. While I'm back to copying, the rude copy counter girl got into a verbal confrontation with a customer who wasn't having it, and said she'd have her relocated to another store. Suddenly, rude copy girl checked her attitude and apologized. Too little too late because the customer was still mad. Sometimes you just can't unring that bell. So, if it's slow and crappy service you're looking for, this is the place for you.
