Shady store with shady employees. Will lie to you to get you on higher priced plans they only get paid commission on. Rude. Horrible customer service. Told me a plan was not available anymore. Went home and did it online. Took 10 min. Save yourself the embarrassment of the condescending nature of the employees here and go to the store on Anza and PCH.Update: Corporate will be reaching out to management at this store shortly.As a former employee of T-Mobile I am embarrassed this is what the front lines of the company has eroded to.

F- Customer service. Negative Zero stars.If you want to see what horrendous attitude, no help and arrogant angry workers look like, check this place out. If you want actual help go to a different T mobile store. There's one on PCH & Anza where actual human beings with common sense and a good work ethic. T Mobile, you can do better.

Changing over to T-Mobile was the best decision I have made in a long time and I did and do appreciate the service that was given as soon as I walked in the front door. Not being the brightest apple on the tree concerning electronics I was greeted by Jay, the rep, and he went through all that I needed to make me feel comfortable with never a "sales pitch" just honesty and knowledge. I am happy with my purchase and will pass on my experience to friends and family so they may go through what I was offered. To Jay, and all at T-Mobile Plaza Del Amo, I thank you for your help and professionalism!!!!!!!!!!!!!Larry Lorden

Great experience. Went in to switch from Verizon. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Took time to explain things and be very transparent. Was a quick and easy process to switch providers.

Went there to upgrade my phone. Put my name down and was told 3 people are ahead of me, yet they were not in the store and when new people entered the store they also checked in but were served before me. When I asked staff to explain no one gave straight answers. After waiting for 2 hours I finally got served. Staff in general not friendly and lack basics such as smiling (except Jimmy who was great and helpful). Store got so packed with customers at some point yet staff were just chilling and listening to customers blabber nonsense. I get doing that when its slow but when you have 10+ people on the waiting list you have you get customers moving, everyone has things to do. I write this for the sole reason of providing feedback to management about the experience.

I have t mobile for so many years and I used to recommend to everyone but not anymore. My data have been bad for a long time Ivv be already complain more than once and still bad, I think is time to change company and if you thing to get T mobile don’t do it.

Stay away from this store. No other explanation is necessary. Because I got upgrade my service while I was in SF. this store refused after service. In 6 days of my new phone purchase. Even though I was told to take it to any T mobile store. Apparently not this particular store.

Jordan at T-Mobile went above and beyond in customer service and took the time and effort to make sure my problems were addressed. He gave amazing customer service despite it being very busy in the store. I’m super grateful for my experience and am a happy returning T-Mobile customer.

Britney and Jordan were amazing! Right when we walked in we were approached by Britney, one of the managers there, with warm and attentiveness. She got us checked in promptly and let us know an accurate wait time. After our names were called we had the initial pleasure of working with Britney and then eventually worked with Jordan. They both were helpful, friendly, and made the process really enjoyable. Would highly recommend coming to this location for any and all needs! Thank you again Jordan and Britney!

Jimmy was SO helpful and patient! He spent 40 minutes on the phone with ATT for us and resolved the issue (moving a number from AT&T to T-Mobile) that we'd been trying to fix for 4 months! Thank you Jimmy!

I had upgraded a line of SERVICE with SPRINT , now T MOBILE . under a promotional offer. Which was ,on contract of 18 months I would get a monthly Credit os app $ 17 every month,provided old upgraded equipment was returned to SPRINT. Equipment was shipped thru UPS to SPRINT warehouse and received by SPRINT WAREHOUSE This was confirmed by UPS as well as SPRINT customer care and they also noted this . However, since this credit did not appear on my account.I called Customer care . After checking , I was told that their WAREHOUSE had not updated in the System, hence the problem.However I was given immediate credit and assured me me that they are opening a TKT and that issue will be resolved and that it will be taken care of. Behold this never happened . Month after month I had to call CUSTOMER Care and story would REPEAT ,Credit Given, Tkt generated, issue not resolved. On average for each encounter I wasted 1-2 hours on phone. Issue not resolved,each month for at least 10 months. Behold now we are in 2023. T Mobile takes over BILLING from Sprint.Now begins RUN AROUND. T Mobile To Sprint , Sprint to T mobile and this goes on and on.NO RESOLUTION. On positive level SPRINT was at least giving immediate credit where as T mobile absolutely NO NO NO. as well rude ethical attitude.. I wish SPRINT had not merged with T Mobile Sprint was better of the 2 evils. I have been Sprint- Now T Mobile for last 20+ years WITH 6 ACTIVE PHONE LINES and this is how I am being treated. Finally T Mobile informs me that they know nothing about SPRINT promotion. However ,they will generate a TKT and it will take 2 to 3 billing cycles to find and try to do needful ,if possible. NO COMMITMENT with regards to time window As of today T Mobile seem to be in LA LA LAND that is no RESOLUTION TO THE ISSUE. SO DISGUSTED WITH T MOBILE THAT I DO NOT WANT TO CALL THEM . IT IS WASTE OF TIME AND STRESSFUL. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM T MOBILE
