My new storage location and so far so good I don't like the fact that they close so early during the week 6:00 and 5:00 on Sundays and also don't like the fact that they're so close to the police station and in cahoots with the police station but they are nice people there and for the most part you can take care of what you need to do without being bothered here

I have been at Spenser Storage for 3 mos. Good location I am a 70 handicapped man with a medical service dog. I have been treated very poorly by the two older woman who work there. Questioning me over and over about my medical service dog and scolding me because I followed another car thru the gate without my code on 1 day. I was in a bit of a hurry that day. I was unaware that was a no no. The women were there when I drove in, Not sneaking in. I offered them a donut another day and they got angry at me. They said they are diabetic ! So How am I to know that? They are kicking me out and they also lied to their boss to get her to throw me out. They also said I was rude to them, no true in the slightest. If anyone was rude it was the two older ladies Spencer Storager is forcing me to move I feel that it is because prices have risen in Storage and they can get more rent fo my space . It is terrible for me, that I must now find another storage now in a few days. I am older and have a handicap & its really hard having to move again. It is so bad that I may actually take them to small claims court. If I can find a good, legal reason to do so. True and Corect, Marcus Fish

Absolutely excellent. Professional, personable service and great facility. Garage flooded and I needed emergency help while out of town. They made a very hard situation much easier. I have clients that use their facility as well and have nothing but positive comments. We used them once before during a renovation and same great service. Highly recommend!

Very friendly ladies that run this place. The grounds and hallways are spotless. I've been using Spence street storage for a little over a year and have been 100% happy with the service as well as the facilities.
