This message is for Charles the mechanic, I'm sorry to say to you buddy my name is Chris I'm the one who had the 2003 Tacoma my issue was that the engine light has been turning on while I'm driving.
I know that was my second time coming to you to fix the problem but the light is still turning on when i start the engine. I don't even know what you did with the sensor but I think you don't even know how to fix it. I know you put a brand new sensor but why the engine light is still going on????? And you charge too much.

I have gone to Charles more times than I would like to admit. I used to own a Chevy Silverado that got beaten up pretty badly. Whether it was my side mirrors being completely ripped off with mangled wires everywhere or a ticking noise that no other mechanic could find, Charles always gets it done quicker and cheaper than anyone else. I can confidently say that I will continue come to Charles for every mechanical or appearance issues. Thanks for everything Charles!

One of the most reliable, trustworthy, and honesty mechanics I have came across. Keeps you updated on your status of your vehicle throughout the whole fix. Shows proof of removal and replacement of parts. List goes on but one really good attribute is the customer service and how great of a person the mechanic is. I have used Charles at pro-tech numerous times on both my chevy Silverado and my Audi s5. I had him install a carbon fiber rear diffuser on my Audi s5 and it even with fitment issues Charles was able to have it fit perfectly. I also had him remove my front diffuser and get it prepped for the new one I have coming. He also gave me a complimentary detail to top off his outstanding work.

Charles kept me in the loop the entire time and explained what was wrong with the vehicle throughout the entire process. He got the repairs done quickly and even helped me save a bit by offering a military discount. Definitely plan on going back with any future needs!

Been to Pro-Tech several times for a variety of issues. The head mechanic Charles has always been extremely helpful in diagnosing and quickly servicing my vehicle. Did very quick work when getting an oil change and had me going on with my day in a snap. Came back with some transmission issues and was told exactly what was wrong. Couldn’t recommend more 10/10!
