Well they did it again!!! Fantastic car service from Lexus! I went in for regular maintenance and new tires during inspection they found a leaking gasket. I bit the bullet and left my car thankfully the loaner was a lifesaver for the week. Brian just made the process run smoothly. Brian and service department helped me save money by researching my extended warranty and cover all of the costs.
The ease and peace of mind having a great running vehicle is was keeps me coming back and referring Southbay Lexus.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch service at South Bay Lexus, and I am compelled to share how exceptional my visit was. A heartfelt thank you goes out to Jessica, my Service Advisor, whose dedication and professionalism truly set the standard for customer care. From the moment I arrived, Jessica handled all of my service needs and requests with remarkable efficiency and a genuine willingness to help. Her thoroughness and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of my service experience was handled seamlessly.
I would also like to extend a special shoutout to Leslie, who went above and beyond by providing me with an excellent loaner vehicle for the holiday weekend. Her consideration and service made my time without my car incredibly convenient and stress-free.
A huge thank you is also in order for Allen, my technician, who tackled the issue with my illuminated doorsills and performed all necessary vehicle services with skill and precision. His expertise and dedication did not go unnoticed, and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of his work.
Overall, my experience at South Bay Lexus was outstanding, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Jessica, Leslie, and Allen. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout my visit. Went in to get my headlight replaced and also check my brakes if it needed to be replaced. Jessica Rodriguez assisted me with taking down my info and concern. After noting both concerns she gave me a paper with a diagnosis estimate of 250. I even asked at the office right before I left if I should pay the 250 fee right now. She said no and that fee would go towards covering work that I get done. Breaks ended up being ok so I only got the headlight bulb replaced which cost about 450. I also added a recommended service of break oil change of about 200. I was expecting to pay a total of $650 as she said the 250 diagnostics fee will go towards work I have done. The cashier then told me that my payment was going to be total of $939. Went back to Jessica to clear this and she had the guts to tell me very rudely that 250 diagnostics payment was per issue noticed. So they charged me 250 to diagnose the light bulb and 250 to diagnose the breaks and nothing for the oil change. How do you diagnose a light bulb? bulb is out just needs to be replaced. Where is the diagnostics there that cost 250. I already diagnosed that for you and told you bulb needs changing!! lol. This was a very deceptive way to charge people. Will never be back here and watch out for Jessica.

I took my 2024 RX350 in to have the second key programmed for my vehicle. Once I had my vehicle checked in, I was taken to the office of Jessica Rodriguez, Service Consultant, to finalize the paperwork. I was really really impressed with Ms. Rodriguez as she was totally polite and professional. A real pleasure to work with! Thank you Lexus.

Too much wait time (hour for scheduled loaner) and poor communication with service rep when coordinating pick up. It affected my confidence with Lexus until I spoke with my dear sales rep who had a caring ear that was able to restore my faith. Really a communications issue!
