My go to store for undies that don't ride up or fall down...lol. I usually order online as we don't have a store in Maui but it was nice to visit in person to browse and feel the materials. I bought my half yearly 5 quota which was on special and the staff were helpful and offered a bra fitting. Expensive but worth every penny to have comfy cute knickers ;)

So I ordered some strapless bras online (different store) and they didn’t fit which I’m used to due to my size I go in to return them and on a whim I go into soma. Tanya treated me like family she stayed by my side, gave me different sizes and delegated tasks so she could focus on me. Never did I feel anything other than taken care of. She even encouraged me to come back and try a different type of bra, saying ‘next time’. I will be back. She is phenomenal.

I do not like bra shopping and usually end up wearing a bra that does not fit well and isn't flattering . I had such a great experience at Soma! Tiffany helped me choose bras that are comfortable, practical, and sexy. It feels so good to feel comfortable in a bra. I don't feel like I want to burn my bra at the end of the day. The fabric is soft and beautiful. Allow yourself some time to try on different styles and find the perfect fit. It's worth the time and effort. Also, my husband loved the look too. Always a bonus when I find something comfortable and my husband thinks it's beautiful.

I've been going to Soma for years now, and I absolutely love this store. They have some of the best bras, panties, sleepwear, and loungewear.Some items can be a little pricey but they usually have good sales and if you looking for an item that is only online they will order it for you and have it shipped to you.There staff is very helpful and gives you a lot of one on one personal service.If you love sleeping and lounge wear try their cool nights brand. The material is like a second skin.If you've never been, find the closest one to you and check them out.

I walked in with my mom and grandmother. Was immediately greeted by Tiffani! Was so sweet, so patient with us and helped us fine exactly what we need. My mom couldn't find the color she wanted and she made sure she shipped it straight to her home. What a great experience she gave us for our first time in store!

I met Tiffani at Soma because I needed some bras for dancing and just life in general and she was amazing! Took my measurements and explained to me why I had been wearing my bras wrong my whole life! I am now proud to say I know my correct size and how to perfectly put on my new bras. She was so kind and funny and helpful throughout the bra buying process.Thanks to Tiffani, I'm so much more educated about my body.Honestly, this girl is so passionate about her job. She should really be promoted or given a raise for the level of customer service she gives to her clientele. Tiffani, you rock! Please keep your passion for this alive. If Soma has any sense, you should be working at corporate training other salespeople.

My mom and I had an amazing time there with Letita! She made us feel so comfortable while measuring us and helped us find the right sizes. Her and the other lady in the store were fantastic!

I give it two stars only because of what it used to be for so many years and because their products used to be amazing. I walked in and was immediately pressured by two people, I don't want that much attention or pressure when looking for underwear in public. They would not let up and asked what I was looking for, they then told me what I wanted is no longer made by Soma and the directed me to the sales rack where icky tacky overly adorned bras in gigantic sizes were hanging. I asked if they had any plain beige ones and if they had any minimizers. Then I was insulted and they looked at each other when I told them my size. I did not need that commentary and eye drama. Yes, some of us want minimizers even if we are not G cups. No, not all of us what sexy underwear, shocking in 2022 indeed. They said "No no no, that style is long gone, we are upping our game." If you say so, personally I think it has gone down hill and I will not return anytime soon. Just looks and feels cheap now and the attitude was the deal breaker.

From the manager to the employees, they are rude, disrespectful. Not helpful or interested in selling anything. I don't recommend this location. You are better off going to Soma in Manhattan Beach at the Manhattan Village. The manager and every single employee are courteous, respectful, professional, and helpful beyond measure. Not sure what happened to the people at Del Amo Fashion Square, but they are messed up and the store is filthy, messy and they don't carry good inventory as opposed to the Manhattan Village location. As for returns...I don't even want to get started...total jerks. I won't shop at this location again!
