Sells fake vapes employee on 12/19/2022 always looks like a poor meth head smoking weed in-front of the store with fake and dusty attire how he has a job is comical too bad I know the owner of the place and he wouldn't approve of the customer service or de miner guy thinks he's a gang banger but really is just a dusty ugly lookin punk with an attitude problem if I saw him in the streets I'd bust him up just for being a dirt bag won't be buying cigars from here anymore store also sells counterfeit products

Worst shop I've encountered in the SouthBay Area..! They have bad quality items they sell and don't offer a exchange or refund.! I bought a grabba leaf that was hard as a rock and they wouldn't exchange or refund.! I've also bought a brand new scale from this same store in the shape of a cd and it was not functional. Last but not least they have poor customer service will not support this scam business

DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE! I had been going to this place for multiple years and never once had a problem, but I believe management changed. I went to purchase coals & flavors. While the gentleman assisting me was absolutely sweet, the management is not. The boss calls during my conversation with the gentleman and accuses me of stealing ! Embarrassing me when I clearly did not, making me empty out my pockets which were empty!!! Do not give your money to them as they have zero regards for other individuals ! They will accuse you too! I will let all my friends and family know to NEVER buy from here! Disgusting!

Michael was and always has been helpful with me choosing which vaping product to use. Open and honest, and the selection there is massive. I found a brand through him and I have been enjoying it since. The prices there are very competitive. There is a "smoke shop" in Wilmington that charges $10 more than this one for the same brand. They now have gained another loyal customer.
