I've been here several times and i seem to find expired perishables on the shelf. We bought milk that had expired 3 days prior and we notices as soon as we gor home. Today, April 13, 2024 I found cheese w an expiration date of...FEBRUARY 3!!!! AND ITS OUT FOR SALE!! 2 OF THEM! please take the expired Laughing Cow Pepper Cheese off the shelf! Next call will br the health department!

This Smart & Final had all of the Grocery items that I was looking for: also the Cashier Destiny was very helpful and efficient in making sure that my groceries were rung up in a timely manner.

Everyone knows China Joe has got to go because Smart & Final prices are out of control along with endless war and rising crime. If you meet at unhappily worker is probably because their pay is the same while the cost of everything has gone up 40% in the last 3 years.

Worse produce of any store in this area. Don't bother. The selection is small and I've seen fruit flies and rotten citrus fruit. The grapes were old looking. Only two boxes left and they were $7?? I wouldn't have taken for half price. Looking at the bottom of the box, the ones on bottom were moldy. It doesn't surprise me that others have complained about the attitude of the employees. They wouldn't last long at the Albertsons down the street. And their prices are not any better than any other grocery store. I'll go out of my way for a Vons or Albertsons. And where are all the hand baskets? None to be found at the door. I won't be going back to Smart & Final.

Jose produce. He is so nice and helpful. It was my first time there and I couldn’t find some items and he helped me. I love his customer service . Very friendly.

A horrible store. The service is poor and at check the most unfriendly people I have come across in a grocery environment. To avoid the checkout annoyance, it would make it somewhat bearable if the store had a self-checkout area, but of course, this store model doesn't. And the overall selection of products and pricing is really quite poor.Believe me, there are plenty of other store choices in the area, ones that offer an environment with enhanced food choices, better quality, prices, and friendly, helpful staff. I am not a fan!

Walk in and out in less than 15 minutes. Clean, courteous cashier. Requesting they double their order for the sesame ginger Wong tong salad strips are always sold out at every location.

The lady who checked me out was not very nice . I was asking about coupons because my phone was dead. She said no, nothing she could do . And that was the end of it. Nothing else was said . ...no thank you, have a nice day, nothing .

I went to this Smart & Final because it was close to the park where I went last week and I went by to buy an umbrella but I didn't use it and I decided to return it and the cashier was rude and bad-tempered at first she told me that I couldn't return it and from there another staff told me she helped me make my return, so after that I went to do my shopping and when I went second time to check out my things that I bought, the the rude lady was at the cashier still and when the was scanning my staff she almost threw them away, she was as so upset as if she was the owner of the store and they had taken her check to reimburse me, My opinion it’s why that she works there as a cashier if doesn't like her job and she does it reluctantly after this I won't never return to this place my little girls saw how was rude she was and they even said that they never want to go back to that store again just to see her face of this lady how angry she was she just destroyed your whole day.from now I will never stop by this store again

Time today at 12:50p.Against my better judgment, I stopped by only because I had to buy something in bulk. As I approached a lane (light was on)ready to pay no one was at the register. Next register 6... 2 employees chatting it up." Exuse me (they kept on chatting)excuse me ( finally an older lady acknowledge me) is anyone on the register? Oh, I don't know where they went, is what she said.I go over to reg. 6. no eye contact, no hi, they kept talking the lady just gave me my total without breaki ng the conversation what happened to customer service ? Rude
