I've worked with Taty and her team for over 10years with most of our custom hillside ground up projects and still have not found better people to work with than them. Not only do they have a huge selection of tile and finishes but their professionalism, quality and customer service is what keeps us working closely together. They go above and beyond to make sure we get taken care of when construction doesn't always go as planned. The experience we've had working together gives us full trust in keeping our clients and projects happy and moving forward with them. We are grateful to have people we can confide in when design needs to be improvised and appreciate what they do for their customers. We've worked with many showrooms and distributors in LA over the years and still they are our #1 highly recommended source and don't see that changing any time soon. :)

We recently had a complete remodel of our bathroom, and are extremely happy with the final product. We found all the workers involved in the project to be very good at their respective craft, on time, and very neat. Simply Tile was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. This is our second project with them after they remodeled out kitchen a few years ago. This time they did three bathroom remodels for us.Taty is so patient in helping us design a modern looking bathroom and her attention to detail and color tones delivers extra design value others do not provide.Christian, Jorge, Arturo and all the other workers are respectful, friendly, and attentive to details. Arturo was particularly patient to redo some tiles that were initially slightly offset to make it just right. I happened upon Simply Tiles while googling kitchen remodel, tiles, etc. and stopped by their shop. Prior to this I had received a quote from another contractor who did not follow up with me.From the moment I met Taty, designer, I was impressed. I told her that we had been to a tile yard and we were interested in Quartzite for our kitchen counter. She showed me many samples, one of which I had seen at Rio the tile yard I had visited, and was told that Simply Tiles works with Rio as a supplier. I explained the work to be done and Carlos came out the next. day. Within a couple of days, we received a very detailed quote. Choosing a counter top, backsplash and refurbishing cabinets include many decisions and Taty helped me with each one with patience and experience. The work began and each craftsman who came out to do their work (cabinet maker, tile person, person who cut and installed the counter top was an artist, courteous, friendly and all areas were kept very clean. All phases followed in an orderly manner with no delays. Everyone showed up when expected. Carlos would come by and check on everything. We were so pleased and impressed with the quality of work that we further contracted Simply Tiles to remodel a bathroom for us and again, the work is exquisite, and there have been no delays.It has been a great pleasure to work with Carlos, and his team, from designer to craftsman. They are a team with great knowledge of product and beautiful workmanship. Everyone who comes through my kitchen is awed by it. Carlos and Taty, much thanks for helping me make the best choices for my kitchen and bathroom. Ray, thank you for your courtesy, quick responses to questions and patience. Carlos Audero, owner of Simply Tiles Design Center, Taty, designer and their team remodeled our kitchen, bathroom and updated rooms. Carlos and his entire team took a 1950’s house with a badly designed addition and turned it into a 21st century home.Taty is a very talented designer. She designed a kitchen that incorporated all elements that are necessary for a well-functioning kitchen. The design of the kitchen is a joy to work in on a daily basis. Hector Vazquez and his team built and installed the custom cabinets. Their high-quality craftsmanship is beyond compare. They were able to install cabinets and molding in a kitchen with crooked walls and unusual dimensions. The final result are beautiful cabinets that will stand the test of time. Carlos’ crew that installed the countertops and tile were exceptionally skilled and experienced at their craft. Giovanni and his team delivered high quality work which included painting, repairing walls, baseboards, molding that was an essential element to updating our home. Jorge’s and his crews’ skills and experience were crucial to having a well-functioning 21st century kitchen and bathroom. Simply Tiles remodeled our kitchen, which was all original from 1956 when the house was built. Carlos was very professional and thorough from the start. After our initial meeting, he brought Hector, the cabinet guy, and Jorge, the plumber and electrician, to have a look before providing a quote.The contract that Carlos prepared was simple and clear. We did make a change to the flooring plan while the work was in progress. With the exception of that change, there were no hidden costs or extra charges.Carlos’ team is top-notch. They were on time every day, reliable, clean, and the work was seamless. They take pride in what they do, and it was evident in the quality and workmanship. Carlos was on-site frequently and communicated any issues that needed to be addressed, both to his team and to me, or to let me know if there would be delays. He was prompt with returning calls and texts. A special thank you to Taty for her kind help and professionalism, particularly with helping me select a unique backsplash.The remodel took a bit longer than anticipated, but the wait was worth it. I am absolutely delighted with the kitchen. I highly recommend Simply Tiles and would not hesitate to hire them again for any future projects.Services: Fan installation
