On 11/25/2023 at 12/01 PM i phoned to inquire if you have Reebok Club C 85 shoes for women. A female associate answered the phone and said “we do not carry it in the store.” I think whoever that person was needs a training! I’m expecting she would say “what size do you need, let me check if we have it in stock. I was so upset and told her I was in your store on 11/22 and one of your female associates kindly assisted me. As i entered your store i found the shoes but the female associate who said those are for men let me take you to the women’s side and she showed me the Reebok Club C 85 shoes on the display. Unfortunately, there is no size 6. The reason why I phoned again today is to check if you already have an available size. I tried to call back to speak with the supervisor/manager but no one is picking up the phone.

I stopped by to get my son 2 new pairs of sneakers. I took my time trying to choose out the best pairs for my 3 year old and Victoria was so helpful during the whole experience. She's very knowledgeable on the sneakers they carry and she helped by giving us great suggestions. She is really nice, has great customer service, and she made sure that we did not leave empty handed. I am happy with my purchase.

I went to Shoe Palace Del Amo on Super Bowl Sunday. It was pretty busy and I appreciate the young lady Vivian going out of her way to help me out. She was going above and beyond to call multiple stores for me to find shoes. I loved her energy and she was very sweet. At first I thought she was going to be rude but after she talked to me she was holding a conversation with me about things occurring in my life and gave me the best advice and it made my day. I knew she didn't have to listen but she stayed there and heard every word. I left feeling better as a person, I wish there were more people like her that worked in retail like that. I will be coming back to talk to her again.

Worst experience!!! This man so called manager was harassing me, and cursing at me, accusing me of shoplifting just for looking at some shirts... smh this is so sad I will never shop here again and will tell everyone I know about it so they dnt shop there either. How can he talk to customers this way!??? Your losing business! We obviously will check something out to see if we like it enough to purchase but once you accuse me, harass me, and accuse me of stealing I’m leaving and never will return! FIRE THIS MAN SO CALLED MANGER NAMED “Carlos” he needs mental help! He’s obviously having a crisis and can’t talk to ppl in a decent manner.

Terrible staff, “Carlos” the power hungry drop out security guard is racist and aggressive, cornering people, swearing at them, unlawfully detaining customers. Staff and managers refuse to do anything about it when it’s all on video, instead want the video taken down. SP the place if you tryna get to new kicks to test and stomp out. Don’t shop at this SP. maybe the owner will do something instead of asking people with video proof to take it down, or we all can show up and talk to them.
