The owner, Dimitri, is awesome and the entire team is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. 10/10 for customer service… I’ve worked with a lot of freight forwarders in the past, large and small. My favorite thing about ETC is the personalized support and consistent communication. The team really handles each case with impressive attention to detail, and the owner has decades of industry knowledge (saved me a significant amount on my last shipment). Highly recommend.”

“Staff here is excellent. Super friendly and patient with the customers in line. Dropping off or making a shipment here is super easy as they do carry all the boxes and supplies. I have never used their printing service here but they do have it here on site. They do DIY drop off here too.”
