I was looking for a paint store that carried MinsWax cherry 236. They had it, and was open at 7am. The counter person made a few suggestions, and I followed his instructions. This Sherwin-Williams-Williams Paint store Staff is friendly, and very helpful. He noticed my military cap, and open a in-store account, with military discount. He even added at no charge a paint can opener and stir sticks. Easy parking and the store is clean, with well displayed products. I recommend the staff, and this brand of paint store.

I much prefer going to the Sherwin Williams Paint Store to the big box retailers. They are courteous, knowledgeable and I don't have to wait long to place and receive an order. They also keep track of previous orders which is helpful in case you forget a paint color previously used. They also have frequent sales making it a good value. I find the paint quality to be excellent as well.

Glad I listened to the sales clerk. I came in after lots of research for an alkyd paint to repaint my dining table from dark gray to pure white. Sales clerk listened to my needs and rang me up for an Emerald urethane paint. He explained that it's what I'd need to go from dark to light. I was dubious but didn't want to argue. Tried it and loved the results. Not sure what would've happened with an alkyd but I will try that next time to compare. So far, the urethane finish has made cleaning easy and is resistant to chips. Completely sold on SW paints now and going forward.

They were out of stock on what I needed, but Cody provided excellent customer service. He called around looking for what I needed to several locations and found a source for me. I commend him for his efforts in providing great customer service.

The staff here is beyond kind and helpful. I have phoned in paint orders for curbside pickup and they once gave me a whole fan deck to take home free of charge to help pick out my colors.

Not friendly. My husband and I were looking for some paint. I came here because I thought they'd help us. No one even talked to us. Unable to make any paint samples when I asked. What's the point? Will not return.

Stopped in on my lunch hour to pick up paint for my outdoor shutters. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The staff was hustling and managed to assist 4 customers even with one huge order. Great experience.

Sherwin Williams has been around for ever, or at least it feels that way. I purchase products from them from time to time. They sell a quality product. It's best to look for their sales speicals.
