Stopped here for gas on a weekday afternoon. All the pumps were empty. I started pumping gas and then used the squeegee to clean my windows. I was a little more than halfway done (gas still pumping) and a larger bald African American man wearing a 7-11 jacket came out of the building and started yelling at me. He said he worked there but he was not wearing a Shell uniform. He said I was not allowed to use the squeegee to clean my windows because the water makes too much of a mess, which didn't make any sense. I asked if his manager was available and he screamed no, put his arms up in the air, and walked back inside without saying anything else. It was a bizarre experience and of course I'll never come back now.

The heavy Latina woman was rude and called the cops on me for being in the restroom 'too long'. She started hitting the door with a stick and was on the phone with the police. Very rude and mentally unstable employees. I worked in a gas station on skid row and had to deal with customers all of the time. This location is not skid row and the paying customers should be treated with respect.. I'm going to send the recording to the district manager. Nobody should have to endure this mistreatment.

Went to this shell at 10pm just now. Tried to go inside and get snacks and drinks plus gas … and the lady employee was standing with an attitude outside saying I couldn’t purchase anything after 10pm because they’re scared for some reason , mind you after yelling at me This is not the first time this happens . Over Sunday afternoon I showed up to this exact same gas station and there was nobody in the place working ! The same lady was outside in her car while a line full of customers were outside waiting ! Hope management gets to see this because I’ve been at this gas station probably 5 times total and this happens and I’m sick of getting into arguments over lazy employees.

First of all this location has unstable transient people hanging around. I decided to pump here since it was on the way to where I was going. I am a regular user of fuel rewards program but it seems that if you try to reedeem it here at the pump your transaction gets canceled. This has never happened to me at other shell locations so I went inside and asked the clerk and she stated you cant redeem fuel rewards at the pump. I paid inside and put in my number and only got the min 0.05/gal off not the total discount I had available. After speaking with fuel rewards customer service they stated my full discount was available but because the transaction was cancelled they freeze the amount of discount for 1 hour. I believe that staff is aware of this and that my transaction was cancelled to discourage me from using fuel rewards and applying the total discount. Will never pump at this station again.

Sleepy fumblers, are angry when a customer pulls up. They lock the doors around 6:00 a.m. for their shift change for like 20 minutes. 6:00 a.m. of course is the busiest time of the day. Normal people, with at least a fifth grade education could do a shift change in 3 minutes, just saying

They should improve the aerobics and the staff on Friday, June 18th around 7:30pm they rejected my service because I discovered the cashier was scamming us. We tried to complain about it and being a Latin person, at first she responded to me in Spanish. When we complained to him with two other people, he said that he did not understand or speak Spanish, he was very resistant, he denied us service, he closed the door on us. Too unfair and very resistant!

Always has to be a weirdo or ill person. It is by the hospital but something should be done. Anyone comes in here they walk in and steal like nothing
