Every time I come to this station there is always a LONG wait, 2 hours atleast doesn't matter what time of day. There is still only one working pump, Shell please fix this pump!!

So far there is good service but there are some places where there is a problem because they last a long time if you fix the machines but they are very busy ????????

1st time filling up and so glad to live so close to this location. I did update the queue on the app, which I really appreciated earlier. The last update was left as 6 cars waiting, which was never updated. I encourage to update, as it really does help.

This is one of my favorite spots to get hydrogen fuel for a couple of reasons. 1) Because the fuel is manufactured on-site, it doesn't have the supply issues that other stations can have. 2) The price for a kilogram of fuel is among the lowest around. However, for these same two reasons, it's also one of the busiest stations which can result in significant wait times during peak periods. During busy times, there's often a line and delays between fill ups to allow the system to refresh. Whenever possible, I recommend visiting the station either late at night or very early in the morning.

There are four hydrogen pumps but only 1 works. I guess because of the price there were four FCEVs waiting on ONE pump and a fifth car showed up after I filled up

They keep taking the station offline so the workers can get extra money to act like they are fixing it. Someone keeps paying them so they keep taking the station down so they can get paid extra duh. My suggestion is get new workers.

One nice thing going for this station is that it's fed by a pipeline, so it doesn't run out of hydrogen. The problem is it's constantly offline for maintenance or "mechanical issues." I can't figure out if working on fuel pumps is really hard, or if this is indifference, or just incompetence on Shell's part. Why are you unable to get your property working properly?
