The staff here is overly rude. The pumps are all leaky. There’s never receipts in the pumps. The numbering on all the pumps is all screwed up. This place really needs to work on better management.

The young lady with the blonde hair is very rude the pump was not working and I had told her about it and she said it was my fault when indeed it wasn't the pump was not working and I went to another one and it seemed like she got bothered and maybe you won't have these issues

Very convenient spot right off the freeway, They used to a have a subways inside too. Don’t ever buy diesel from here it has a high water diesel contamination level you will surely have issues after poor engine performance if not injectors failure.. ??♂️

Everyone that works here is RUDE as idk what except for the boy with the long hair. They are always closed for a “30 minute break” for over an hour. Don’t be mad at other people because you hate your job.

I normally do not get gas here as Shell is more on the pricey side- However, since I am a Reward Saver(Food 4 Less) I had some fuel points accumulated so when I checked the info on Food 4 Less fueling points, I went to this Shell station since this was on their approved list. Much to my disappointment, there was a young high school boy who did not know anything about it and when I asked for the manager, he said the only other person there was a high school girl. The way he answered me was that he just do what he is told and nothing else. He lacked customer service skills and with their system of training new employee is really a necessity. I would not go back to this place as with lack of customer service and staff not having any manners. I Thank you

Went there to get gas and the sign said on break. The clock set for 5:40 return and it was 6:10. There must have been 5 car's left.

Terrible location. The clerk lied about the register being closed. Who closes the cash register at 2 p.m. in the afternoon?!? Avoid this gas station at all costs. Lazy staff.

I never throw shade on places but there was diesel gasoline all over the handles and the clerks wouldn’t give me any wet wipes. Then their air didn’t work for the guy next to me. Then the pump took like 12 minutes to get me to 12 gallons. Then they wouldn’t sell me any drinks because they were on a shift change. This place is the worst. It got worse and worse. Now my entire steering wheel reeks of diesel fuel.

I typically fill up between 5:30AM-6AM. Website says 24 hours, however half of the time they're closed.

There were ants all over the coffee counter, crawling on the cups, and coffee machine. I told the cashier and she didn't even care. This has to be a health code violation, and the cashier didn't even care enough to respond to my concern.
