I sure hope that guy was the owner because I’d hate to have an employee like that. I tried Apple Pay no go. I tried credit and the message stayed in remove card. I went inside and they both laughed at me. He came out to show me but saw it didn’t work. He went to the other side. And said oh Apple Pay doesn’t work. Why don’t you have a sign? This is not the first time I’ve had trouble there. But it is the last.

Today when I went to fill up gas, the staff on duty had terrible, unhelpful, rude attitude as far as customer service goes. Really, if you aren't even going to try and have a good attitude towards customers, get a different job where you aren't dealing with customers.

Warning someone used my card to charge 200 dollars after I filled up only 10 gallons. Be aware the store is stealing your card info. Only pay in cash never use any card.

I came here for gas and air for my tire. The employee “Nicki” (who knows if this is her real name) said she can’t turn the gas on for me. She said I’d need to pay a $1. The $1 isn’t a big deal, the problem is how rude she was. It’s literally the law that you have to give paying customers free air. I explained this to her and she shrugged at me. I’ve been a driver for over a decade and I’ve never had a gas station employee refuse to turn the air on for me.

This Shell station has the laziest workers. The paper towels are always empty, half the squeegees are missing, and there's never any clean soap water for the windows. The squeegees are usually sitting in dirty water or no water at all, the trash is overflowing... Come on Shell, hire some workers that work.

I've never had an issue in the 3 years I've been supporting this business. Sucks they've recently raised the beer prices to just under the competitions prices recently but all good. Every employee I've encountered the last few years seems pretty genuine. Don't rate it bad based on fuel prices. Every station on the planted would be negative stars. Nice hard working people make a living here. Don't trash their kindness. Be better

I needed to vacuum the front seat. I put in $1.50 in quarters required, but nothing happened. Went to the cashier. She told me to call the 800 # because the machines aren't theirs. Bad customer service.. dialed the number. Long wait. Tried my credit card. The sound of a vacuum came on but no suction. So it took $3 and didnt work. Boo... I normally don't post bad reviews but this was aggravating.
