“I've had excellent service from Mitzi, as I've rented a space there for about 8 years. Earlier, I was always able to reach her by phone and she has been very helpful. I am giving 4 stars, as I was not been able to reach her directly the past year or so and was directed to a Public Storage corporate line. I did stop by there earlier this month and as expected, Mitzi was very, very helpful. I hope my inability to reach her directly by phone was an exception and not the rule.”

“I’ve had a great experience with US Storage Centers in Carson! The place is always clean and well-maintained, and I really appreciate how secure the facility feels. The temperature inside is kept nice and cool, which gives me peace of mind knowing my stuff is stored safely. The staff is also friendly and helpful every time I stop by. “My cousin and I were looking at storage options for about a week as we needed more space in our two homes. We found this place and was surprised by how close it was to our location. We set out a day and came to inspect the storage space and speak with someone. Michael, the store manager was there and we stated our purpose as we wanted to share a storage unit. He recommended to us a 10 x 10 as the 5 x 10 one we had in mind was going to be a bit cramped. We asked if we could take a look at the unit and were shown two, one was right next to the elevator and the other was a little bit further. We chose close to the elevator as it was super convenient. We went back and talked about the paperwork, the entire process was painless. Michael was super nice and reasonable to talk to, would recommend this place to anyone who lives close to the area!”

“Laura was so helpful and nice! I encountered a problem with purchasing a unit online and she helped me over the phone. I wasn’t sure if I had a cylinder lock but she gave me one for free. She was very detailed when she showed me the storage unit and where everything is. The unit is very spacious and clean as well.”
“I've been moving quite a bit in the last 40 years, including out of state and Walsh Moving is by far the best movers I have dealt with. They were amazing at both ends of the move. Everything arrived in n the same condition it left Long Beach CA in! The movers were prompt, careful and totally professional. As a single woman, I get nervous about letting strangers in the house, but I didn't think twice about the Walsh movers.”
“Had to store some things for a couple months here. The cost seemed a tad bit higher than their competitors but I found very little bad reviews in contrast to the others. If it is a little bit more money it’s every but worth it. The units are totally convenient and easy to access. Patrick is super professional and friendly and made the move in and the move out and the months in between run smooth without a hiccup. They don’t tell you one price over the phone and then give you another when you get there. They spoke clear English and answered the phone when I called to pay my bill or ask questions. If I ever have to store something again this is the place I’m using. Thanks for your help Patrick !”

“Very professional and secured small place i think it's a family owned..... I never worried my things getting tempered with it's a place in a very clean neighborhood and the two ladies there are always aware of who comes in and goes out.....I always felt safe coming in to this storage had my things there for few years.... well it was time to release it to the next renter after emptying all my things sweeped it well and prayed on it for it to be a blessing for the next person and experience the security the understanding and the safety I received from this location......I wish the business more and more success and thank you very much for your professionalism and heart in your business I definitely recommend it”
“I loved the moving van. I had to clean it because my stuff was going inside I returned it and they really should pay me because it was returned like brand new clean. But most people would think it was fine like it was I'm just a perfectionist The UHaul man was great, so helpful. I will be back and I would go back to that same location.”

“Angel and all the people I have dealt with are very professional and courteous! They give me calls when I am going to be late...and sometimes I am and have to pay late fees. Not their fault but mine. I find communication is key and they have been extremely understanding and empathetic during this pandemic. For what it's worth that is my personal experience from having a storage unit here for three years.”

“First time ever having to pick up lots of goods from an oversea shipment. Our items were moved to this warehouse, so we had to rent a uhaul to pick up over 100 cartons. Was pleased with how efficient of an operation they were running, especially with so many docks and trucks constantly coming through to pick up their goods. Our 26ft Uhaul had a low bed, so it wasn't going to reach the 4 ft docks, so we had to park on the side of the lot to have our pallets driven out to us. The service was quick, and the gentleman with the forklift was patient and helped us with moving all of our packages into our truck. Glad with how quickly we were able to pick up our items, with no hassle.”
