First purchase at American Freight and I am pleased. Service with Julian was friendly and efficient. Great product protection plans and fast delivery!
The fridge ordered on Friday 10/11. It was delivered next day 10/12. I loaded up my freezer on Saturday and Sunday nothing is frozen. The freezer is NOT cold at all! The bottom of my freezer has a puddle of water.
I call the protection plan number and was referred to the manufacture. I called American Freight and someone picked up and just said please hold. As of now it's been a 25+ minute hold.
I am not happy AT ALL. Not sure all this hassle and inconvenience is worth the so called "savings" of buying open box items.
Update: the call magically disconnects after holding for 54 minutes. I call back and spoke to a rep who says the resolution is to come back and pick another fridge. Take heed if you buy appliances from here.

Julian made it quick and easy with our purchase transaction with our brand new washer. Very knowledgeable with the product and thoroughly explain the manufacturer warranty and 3 party warranty coverage. Advised us about maintenance and helped us load it into our truck! Ask for Julian!
