Great friendly service, fast and efficient and reasonable cost. Geoffrey the assistant manager explained everything to me from what was going to be done to what was done. While I was there I received an estimate to repair my dented fender. I completely recommend this service center.

Easy place to work with. Online appointment booking works well, allowing for a quick drop-off. General services visit are handled promptly and efficiently. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

First of all, dont bother adding comments as required with the online appointment form - no one reads it.
Second, their service advisor (Mike) should be re-educated on Honda's customer satisfaction philosophy on the "3Ps". He is the antithesis of any form of customer service - irony of him being a "service advisor".
We intended to get the vehicle serviced for a safety recall which he advised us the parts would not be available until the fall. Engaging in heated exchange didn't fare any better. However had he read the letter Honda provided stating otherwise and followed the instructions he would have been advised the contrary.
Parts ARE available pending prioritization and verification of the issue as per the corporate customer service center representative.
How sad that even after loyally using this service center since we purchased the car in 2018.

I have a 2019 Honda Accord Sport and I was rear ended. AAA Insurance referred me to Scott Robinson Honda Body Shop. They did a fantastic job! Danielle was awesome! She was professional and sympathetic. Plus, she made sure my car was fixed in a timely manner and she constantly checked in with me on updates to my vehicle.

Currently on Hour 5 of waiting for my Car to be done with it's Oil Change. I was told it would be an Hour to 1.5 till it's done.. I dropped my Car off at 9am. Definitely not within the time frame I was told in person.
Aside from that, I called the Service Department (because I was tired of waiting for an update that NEVER came) and when they asked for my info locate my Car.. Name and Fone Number, the same info I gave to the Service Consultant. I'm told that that info isn't anywhere in their records for that Car, instead they come across the info from their Dodge Dealership because I have another Car that I've serviced at there.
According to them, due to the fact that the Car has been serviced there by its previous owner.. they weren't able to connect my info to the Car I dropped off. Either way being told 'We have no record of you or that Car' isn't something I expected to hear.
Fast Forward a few mins from typing this review, I finally receive call stating that my Car is ready to be picked up.. glad it's done, but just being told it would be another Hour.. to moments later being told it's ready to be picked up.. just shows me the lack of organization/communication and honestly just management.
So speaking as a Scott Robinson Dodge and Honda Dealership Customer, who's just been to their locations for Service and Maintenance Appointments.. I feel that both places are operated poorly.. I look forward to Great Customer Service, due to other people's personal recommendations.. than I'm greeted with barely any sort of that experience. 0 acknowledgement of the so called issues that me and the On The Phone Representatives came across, no explanation of the services and charges.. just a Sign Here and Payment.
Would I come back, even if offered something? Probably, probably not.. at this point the follow ups to these situations never really continue to make up for that 1 Bad Experience. So I'd like to see them try.

Came with my son to this dealership looking to buy a Honda, since I bought 3 cars here I just felt likea client, but thanks to the bad attitude of Kevin ( the sales man) I would never buy a car from here.
He was disrespectful and trying old tactics to make my son buy a car more expensive even though he he stated his price range.
This salesman was rude, I had to ask him to stop following us, and he just kept talking and walking in our direction.

They are always very friendly and helpful. Keeps you informed on everything that's going on about your car. Their prices are fair, so I will always go back. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone.
