Wanted to ask for a possible oil change and tire rotation for my Hyundai Elantra because they did help us fix our car when it went into an accident. So I had assumed that they would also help with other services.I called the service number (I didn't get to catch her name) but right away she answered with a tone. Then I asked for a possible oil change and tire rotation. She asked what my make and model was and I responded. She was like, "What?!..... we are a Scott Robinson Honda Service Center." I answered, "I was told that we can come in with other car models...?" She simply replied, "No....Sorry..... bye." I expected more from Honda. Highly disappointed with their customer service. Honestly. Not coming back again. If there was another rep with a better attitude, probably.

Terrible experience here. I hardly post reviews but if I could take back going here to repair my car I would. They did not fix my car completely, then tried to say that the insurance wasn’t covering the repairs, gave me different statements or instructions every time. Horrible.

Worked with Tony in service on very elaborate engine service including timing belt, water pump, tensioner service, and more. Service was excellent, very responsive and proactive. Got the Honda back very quick and runs great !!! Cheers to many more miles. Keep rockin' Tony!!!John

I had an oil change and some other work done. Driving home, I noticed a scraping sound whenever I hit a small bump in the road. When I got home, I looked underneath and saw that the metal skid plate was hanging down in front. The guy that did the oil change didn't properly reattach the skid plate after the oil change. This is pretty basic and should not have been screwed up.

This is the only place I take my Honda Accord to. I love how they have extended their Saturday hours especially since I'm not able to take my car in during the week because of work. My go to service advisors are Geoff Viray, Mike Sakamoto, and Oscar Gomez. Geoff is my primary and I can't rave enough about how much he has taken care of me and my car. I appreciate how Geoff is transparent about what's going on with my car and doesn't try to upsell me on work I don't need. Mike and Oscar have also taken care of me when Geoff's not working. Thank you Geoff, Mike, and Oscar for always taking care of my concerns. I am a loyal customer!

Almost shocking how bad their customer service is. I was told that I would receive updates throughout the repair work, I received absolutely none.I finally called for an update at 12pm the day after I dropped my car off. I was told that my car was done the day before but they had to finish the 'paperwork'. Thinking that this would not be that big of an issue to complete, I stopped by at 2:30p on my way to an appointment. I was told that they were still working on paperwork and that the person whom was responsible was unavailable. I finally received a call at 4:15p that my car was ready. This was not easy to pull off when they close at 5pm. I had to quickly find an Uber and got there at 4:45p. When I got there, I was told that the paperwork was still not ready.Absolutely ridiculous that my car sat there for 24 hours done while they worked on 'paperwork'. Really difficult for some people to manage when you have work obligations and kids with school dropoff's and pickup's without any updates or notifications on the process when they had told me at the beginning that they would keep me updated.Would not recommend to anyone. I won't even get into some of the other issues with the repair...

I brought in my daughters Acura in for service (dash light) to the Honda Service Center, I would like to thank Geoff for the attention to detail with my concerns, I appreciate the communication proper explanation and the amazing service he provided to me, knowing that my 22 year old daughter drives his car every day to work and school.Thank you Again.

I bring my vehicle here to get serviced all the time and for the most part they've done a good job, but I do always notice the same black Honda Pilot parked in a handicap spot with no handicap tag on the vehicle. I've never brought it up to the supervisor because I've never had to use the parking spot but a couple of weeks ago I was there with my father who is handicap and we were looking for a spot to park and the handicap spot was taken once again by this black Pilot. I asked one of the employees if the vehicle can be moved so that an actual handicap person can use the spot and I was told "NO" the vehicle belongs to the cashier Chelsea I believe is her name and that's where she parks. So on top of her being rude and unfriendly she also takes up handicap spots and has special privileges.
