These guys are sneaky. We took out a loan and asked him to withdraw 2000 a month from our bank account and apply it to the principal of this loan. Instead, they conveniently put it in our savings just so they can earn interest from our hard earned money. They did us dirty twice with one slick move. Luckily, we found out, although a year too late. Log into your account and check that your principal is being paid off.

OMG!!! I am sorry, great loan rate--BUT these employees are DUMB!!!!!I had to take time off from work to walk in the Torrance office to correct my direct payment deposit 2X--first a gal and second time a guy. I provided my bank account and routing number, and these idiots got 1 number wrong! and my direct deposit was returned :(....now I have to go back to the Torrance location PISSSSSST OFFFFFF! this is causing me time from work and have to listen to my husband bitch about it, because he called them to ask what is going on, and they said "oh we are missing 1 number"--AFTER THE GUY HIM SELF LOOK AT MY WF CHECHING ACCOUNT INFORMATION! IDIOTS!!

Excellent customer service! They treat you like a person not a number. I always enjoy Cristina Saldana. It has been amazing to see her move up. She was not only a great window person but now is also an amazing Branch Supervisor. I love my loan person Johanna as well. Always helped me and was awesome with her customer service :-)I also appreciate Steven and Beto.

NFCU shared ATM.I enjoy the unique ATMs you insert your card sideways.The cash deposit features are very quick.At night it is very safe with plenty of light.Handicap accessible.This is a very secure location ? ?My funds were available instantly.Thanks schools first.

School's First is the best credit union. Great people with great service. Very accesible with mobile devices, easy use. Love walking in the credit union. This place makes banking feel personal.

RACIST BRANCH ALERT!!! If your skin color is darker than a brown paper bag DO NOT visit the racist Torrance branch! My relative visited this branch today to make a large deposit and was profiled. Yendi the assistant manager ordered her staff to place a hold without walking over to find out what was going on. They need more diversity in leadership! The fact that there's not many people of color working there is an immediate red flag. It shows the close mindedness of the company! This is NOT the first time this racial profiling occurred! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE WHERE YOU'LL BE TREATED WITH RESPECT!

I'm an educator and have been part of Schools First for years. What makes SFCU stand out is that they're extremely helpful and have great customer service. No one likes to go to the bank because it is always so packed. There is rarely a line- and I have been a member since 2014- so you can get in and get out quickly! Specifically for this branch, I have been going to them for my mortgage loan. I was a first-time homebuyer who felt overwhelmed with all these words I have never heard of. They have a FREE workshop to teach you about the buying process. The best part is the workshop doesn't pressure you to get a loan with them. Throughout my loan process, they have been very helpful. When I get confused by anything, I call them and they happily explain it. If you qualify for this bank, I highly recommend it! If you are an educator, I recommend you sign up for the Summer Saver option as well. It is a great way to save money and it has better interest rates than your savings account.

Love coming to this office, but unfortunately Angelica assisting me today was rude and unprofessional. She made unnecessary remarks, when I had asked a simple question. She could of been polite and professional in regards to my question. She needs to be reminded that being professional and provided excellent service is a must when working a job like hers.
