Sara Tago gave me the best customer service skills today as my loan processor. Answered all My questions and concerns and decisions to be made regarding my current financial situation. Very professional and knowledgeable and awesome fun personality. Schools Federal Credit Union you'll all should blessed to have Sara Tago working with and for you'll. I enjoy every moment of my visit to school federal credit union with Joanna & Daisy they always make my day with their polite and professional personalities even on a bad day they always seems to make sure I leave out with a smile ? ? also they help me with any of my problems I ever had with my account and answer any of my question with no problem they help make my trip to school federal the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I applied for a Consolidation Loan online and received a phone call back the very next morning with a couple follow up questions. After they received clarity on the questions, I received an approval shortly after. My loan application was assigned to a gentlemen by the name of David Franco. David was super professional, knowledgeable, courtesy and was so quick to respond back and get the process rolling on the funding this loan. Not only did he make everything so simple and easy, he exceeded my expectations. That was by far the easiest process I could have ever possibly imagined. I am a big fan of Credit Unions and will be doing my loans and business here in the future. I really can't stress enough how simple and fast the whole process went. He was awesome!

This is the worst credit union that exists. They will take your money. They will not dispute your unauthorized charges, just money lost . Freeze your money . Limits on everything no customer service. I can go and on . PPLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE . You better off keeping it in yo mattress and that’s real !

There not a school employee friendly credit union. They don't offer any help to their customers as far as fees. Trying to get a loan is like pulling teeth. I had a customer service associate tell me they were small so they don't offer that it has to be the credit union fault. I've been with this credit union for over 20 plus years today is my last day. When you now better you do better Schools Federal credit union

They never answer the phone, called the entire day never returned my calls, they block my account just before a 4 days weekend, they didn't let me use card. This is so frustrating, before becoming a member of credit union, read all bad reviews, terrible service.

(this was before they moved to their new location years ago) I believe it was a Friday after work...I needed to put a deposit on our new apt..I'm not too familiar with the difference between cashiers check or money order. So I ask the teller... what's the difference? She says it doesn't matter they are the same thing. So I ask for money order with the amount I need for the apt deposit and leave. As we wait on the apt manager to sign our lease, I'm looking over my documents and realize the money order fine print says not valid over $1000.. it was almost 3x that amount.....by then it was far to late to correct the mistake that day. The following business day I walk into the bank . I See the same teller. I walk up and point out the huge mistake. And tell the woman " there is a difference between a money order and a cashiers check!" She proceeds to say "let this be a lesson for you, always check your stuff before you leave." I was in disbelief! I asked her if there was a difference....she said they were the same thing! She makes a huge mistake that Could have cost me my apt! And thinks she can lecture me!what a joke! I spoke to her manager and they said they would "speak to her".... _______________ I had a payroll deduction going into an account I had here up until I noticed the new fees I was being charged. So I walk into new location 2020/2021-ish schools federal credit union...and it's the same lady...oh joy (sarcasm)...I tell her I would like to stop withdrawal from my payroll please. And then I'd like to cash out and close my accounts. She looks to me and says..."well if ur gonna close it then that's all you have to do" "how we gonna pull money if you don't have an account?" I said okay...so I signed what I needed to sign to close my accounts...I had a wierd feeling I was missing a step. So as I was waiting, I asked a lady who looked like a manager, "If my payroll deduction will it stop if I just close my account?" She says "No. You also have to fill out a form for that. Otherwise the bank will keep pulling it and end up sending it to u in a paper check through the mail." I looked back to see if that bank teller was there..nope she sneaked away. She must've heard me. So I fillout the stop payroll withdrawal form and finalize everything correctly. I hope this place gets better. * better training for employees * better customer service I shouldn't have to know how to do everyone's job...or question if they did all the appropriate steps with my $$$ . I'm done doing business here. I wish everyone the best.
