I love shopping at Sam's club. Staff is supportive, clean store and after scan & go, it has become so much quick to shop here.
The only thing I miss is a gas station at this location.

Went to visit the Sam’s Club in Torrance to upgrade my membership this morning.
What a great experience. Julie was so helpful in answering and assisting me with all of my questions, just so friendly!
Can’t say enough about Jackie. She asked if I would like to apply for a Sam’s Club Mastercard, but told her that I was already retired. She mentioned that her dad was retired too, but was still able to get one. Not being in any hurry l told her let’s try. After filling in my information for the application it was put on hold. She was so helpful, in that, she even called the number on the screen for me. Eventually, I did have to speak to a live person on the phone, but with the addition information that they needed to confirm my application I was approved! The additional benefits that you can get from using your Sam’s Club Mastercard is so worth it! My wife already has a Sam’s Club Mastercard and with Jackie’s assistance she gave me instructions for her to upgrade her Plus Membership credit card. Again, just so helpful!
Please note: the guest services department was not too busy at that particular time.

Not sure why retail and all these types of places get such low ratings But honestly I like Sam's a lot Is it Costco? Yeah it's very much the same in many ways but in other ways it's not like some foods are diff and some things are same but it's a solid place The only downside is that the food court here should be moved away from checkout it's too close and it gets congested and there aren't that many lines open because they have alot more self check out and honestly I'm not going there or any store to check myself out. I'll do it for a nice associate discount lol Ps... didn't take photos I guess I don't think about it when shopping for groceries lol plus when they are taking hundreds of your dollars you tend to blank out lol

Susie & Sophie are AMAZING!! Just went in to refill my prescriptions, forgot my new insurance card. Both these ladies went above and beyond. Susie was able to look up my new insurance information in their system and save me over $30 per prescription. These ladies are WONDERFUL, I have witness them help other customer's with coupons and guide them on how they can save money on their prescriptions. We need more people like this!!

love sam's club ! just got a 16 foot bouncer for my 18 month old and he loves it !!!! it was only 200 dollars and has a slide and a climbing wall !
