The store is good. The hearing center is the worst. When there was a hearing center representative she was terrible. Now there isn't anyone there. Didn't even tell me when I made my appointment. Stood around waiting. Had to call corporate. They didn't know. Optical had to tell me the hearing center is closed

Good wholesale warehouse club store. It's similar to Costco but much less crowded. I also like how they label the aisles so you can find what you need. Make sure to download the Scan and Go App which makes it much easier to get what you need. They also have a good selection of clothing, while not as big as Costco's clothing selection, they have a good selection. They also have a lot more brand name items that you normally find in the grocery store in bulk quantities.

The service in the food court is horrible here. They're always and I mean always short staff. They have the option to order online. But it's never accessible. Instead you have to make a long line to order pizza because they refuse to hire more workers. The only reason I come here is because it's the closest Sam's club. Bummer

Sadie needs a RAISE! Stupid me accidentally forgot my membership card at home. She asked if I had the app which I didn't, ughh! Not a problem, as she whipped out an iPad and typing 100 words per minute, looked me up from my ID. Meanwhile she's continuing to check out the lady before me who was digging in her purse for payment and the line is growing. Where I've seen so many other checkers get flustered or impatient, Sadie just kept a pretty smile, joyful demeanor and had us in n out without skipping a beat. What a pro! I'll add that my previous experience with customer service to receive my membership was positive also, so I'm very pleased with Sam's so far.

Not sure where all these terrible experiences are coming from, but I really like this location and the staff has always been super nice to me. The pros way out way the cons, which are few and comes down to me being so used to Costco. Pro: big parking spots and always a lot available, not very crowded inside most of the time, scan and go all is a huge time saver (plus you sometimes get extra discounts for using it), and they carry some of the more "every day" items Costco doesn't. Their receipt line is also pretty fast / few people in line most of the time.Cons: it's a smaller store, so not a ton of selection and the produce/bakery sections are small but that's about it

This Sam's club is very discriminatory in their delivery service. I placed an order last night. Received an email that the order was picked up and out for delivery which was 12-2 pm. The driver took my order back and no one notified me. I contacted Sam's and the rescheduled the delivery for 4-6pm and guess what, yes it was picked up but still no delivery to me. I have ring cameras and have been home all day. They have no excuse as to why the drivers keep bringing the delivery back. However it's very apparent that their drivers are not willing to deliver to areas of Gardena but will deliver to torrance only.I called the store multiple times with no answer at member services. Then called again at 5:54 pm back to back no answer. So who answers phones at Sam's and where is the customer service when you pay for a delivery order and add tip

This is one of my favorite Sam's club. This store is always clean and perfect for shopping. This store is seldom crowded. The employees are always ready to assist. The shelves are normally stocked. The prices are usually great. I can find all that I need at this location.

Meet Sherry! She is a Hero!!! She is also a baker at Sam's Club located in Torrance at 2601 Skypark Drive. Yesterday, I delivered 90 red, yellow and green cupcakes and a chocolate cake with red, black and green frosting made from scratch by Jesse D. Gibson, to Angeles House for their Black History Month celebration. In the process of setting up, the red cupcakes were accidentally dropped on the floor. All of them were ruined. I went to find replacements.When I went to the Sam's Club in Carson, they did not have any red cupcakes available, and they had no baker to frost them. Jesus, the assistant manager of the Carson store, called the other locations to see if anyone had red cupcakes. I called the Sam's Club in Torrance and spoke to Sherry in the Bakery Department. I told her what had happened and she immediately asked me how many cupcakes I needed. I told her I needed 30 red cupcakes and she did not hesitate before cheerfully saying, "I can definitely do that for you." I thanked her profusely and drove over to the Sam's Club in Torrance. Before I left, Jesus not only credited me for the 30 cupcakes, but for all 90 of the cupcakes. That is excellent customer service!When I arrived at the Torrance Sam's Club, I went to the bakery and asked for Sherry. She stopped what she was doing and picked up my freshly baked cupcakes and brought them to me with a big, friendly smile. I was so grateful for her, and then she said, "There is no charge for these cupcakes!"Thank you Sherry for saving the day!! I am now the proud owner of a Sam's Club membership because of YOU. #samsclub #samsclubbakery

Went to Sam's Club Torrance for Christmas gifts and was not disappointed. They had so many beautiful gifts, baskets, etc., to choose from. Very nice items! I would give five stars, but unfortunately I can't due to the rib roast I purchased for Christmas dinner. Let's just say, not a good one. Very organized, clean, and well stocked store.

Love this place, this is my go to for grocery's they have everything you need and want, and plenty of parking spaces, lines are not as long as some places, the staff is very helpful and it is very organized and clean there.

I typically don't review grocery stores and such, but I might as well since it's a common place people go. This Sam's is right next to Costco. I bought a membership from here off of Groupon a couple years ago because I basically got the membership free since they gave me a coupon to shop for about the same amount. This places isn't as big nor does it have as many items as Costco. Some people say Costco is cheaper. I thing they both balance out. Some things are cheaper and some are not. What I like about this place is that it doesn't get nearly as crowded. Also, if you're smartphone savvy, or just know about apps and how to scan and use your credit card, they have the Scan n Go feature which to me is a huge plus and time saver. You download the Sam's club app, scan your items and pay with your credit card. So convenient! I often start scanning as I get towards the end of my shopping so that I'll be ready to go when i head back to the front. They even have the option to add to your purchase if you've already paid! So yeah...maybe you get more selection at Costco, but who likes to struggle to find parking and be surrounded by large amounts of people on the weekend? Not me! So my tip is: go on Groupon. Buy the membership for cheap and get credit to purchase necessities. I think one of the Groupons will even give you a free apple pie. Try it for a year. If you don't like it, cancel your membership!

Pls tell the meat Butcher whoever is doing the Korean Kalbi they are having all the bones spread on the meat and all the customers has to spit it out when they eat it. Simply change the way you are cutting it.... Such a bummer Bc I luv the taste of the meat but it is ruined.....

Tire department never answers the phone. I was on hold for over 45 mins: drove there and still on hold. Told the person at counter and no sorry just showed me the phone and didn't show any calls coming. Maybe bigger issue with the automated phone answering system. Very disappointing but the other big box store is not much better in the tire department.
