I am a big fan of Trek bike but Brian offered me a great deal on a 2025 Specialized MTB I could not possibly resist. And Ming did a great job building my first MTB!

I feel very lucky to have great neighborhood bike shops in my hometown.

Ming is the guy to talk to. He is amazing. My family went in to look at bikes for my 11 year old son, and Ming rolled out the red carpet for us. He asked us all kinds of questions to get to know what our "Bike Style" would be. Like, where are we riding.. beach, streets, school, rough terrain.... he set my son up so well. My husband ended up leaving with a bike, too. I got a tune-up on my bike, but after Ming showed me and taught me things about a proper fitting bike to my body style, I'm seriously considering buying a new bike. There is definitely something to say about a proper fitting bicycle.

I would like to extend my appreciation to Ming, Kevin, and Brayan for their exceptional work on tuning both my and my wife's mountain bikes. After sitting in our garage for over four years, the bikes required extensive adjustments, including shifters, cables, brakes, and wheel truing. Despite my own attempts to address these issues, I was unable to restore the bikes to proper working order. Thanks to the team's expertise, our bikes are now functioning flawlessly. Their services are not only top-notch but also reasonably priced compared to other options like REI. I highly recommend their services and commend them for a job well done.

I remember coming here once, I needed a bike to get a tune up. A younger guy greeted me and listened to my concerns and I felt it comfortable leaving but upon returning I was met with a older Asian man that proceeded to tell me that my bike wasn't ready.. I told him but I got a phone call that It was ready he kept on insisting that it wasn't ready and I was getting a little bit irritated then someone said oh boss his bike is ready.. then the older Asian man did a 180° in being rude to being friendly as he proceeded to direct to the register... Only reviewing because I got a new bike and remembered this place... This was a while ago... Maybe 2 years ago so he might have changed ...

Really disappointing experience. Came in to simply replace a bald tire and get a basic tune up. Then proceeded to get ripped off by the manager. They undertook work that I did not authorise, replacing the drivetrain despite them telling me when i dropped it off the chain was fine, and me not asking for this to be done. Icing on the cake was that the replaced tire had a bulge in it from either bad parts or process and they 'forgot' to true the wheel despite me paying for that. After finally having the time to test ride that the new drive train has not been installed correctly. I went here on the suggestion of a neighbor instead of my normal shop, but scrolling through the reviews I wish I had seen how many people have had a similar experience. Plus side - they did a great job cleaning the bike.
Update - so to detail the issues with the drivetrain. They moved the front derailluer so it was grinding with the big ring and they replaced my 8 speed cassette with a 9 speed cassette,. That obviously did not work.

Highly recommend Safety Cycle. Our bike got a nasty nail in it that flattened the tire the afternoon before the last day of school. We ran it over to Safety Cycle ASAP. They got us in right away. Unfortunately, it needed a new tube and treads, but we were able to pick it up before they closed that day. They helped us make sure our bike rack was on properly. They were so helpful. They treated this mom like a person and were very kind and patient with my lack of bicycle knowledge.
I am glad that we didn't waste time and trusted them to get us back in business.

Came here a few weeks ago to drop off my bike due to a crank recall from FSA , I was greeted right as I came in . I told them about the email and the situation , they were happy to help me out and get my bike done right, contacted FSA and got my parts fast and work done , definitely coming to get the bike service here now

Kyle, Miguel, Ceaser and Brian are4 awesome. They never say no, they never say we CAN’T and they are always super kind and helpful. Also they try their hardest to give you best deal possible and never ever complain about ordering special order parts . I love these guys and they LOVE BIKES !

I live just a few blocks from this shop so I rode my cruiser in to look at new e-bikes for my wife and myself. But it was a good opportunity to see how their customer service is first, so I asked the guy behind the counter if he could look at my bike and tell me if my brakes were adjusted correctly. He was an older Asian guy who did not appear to be doing anything but eating and talking to another employee. He looked at me and said with a dirty expression on his face "No I don't have time." Well, screw you dude! You just lost my business forever. 1-STAR RUDE SERVICE.

The Asian owner is very greedy, and changes the price after keeping my bike for more than a week makes fake excuses of work which is not needed and rips you off!
