I was just in there. The cashiers were all warning each other that Omar is coming. They were so worried about Omar coming in and they started to get rude with customers. Just to tell other employees Omar is coming. Bad customer service.

Mens clothing selection is sad!! I have experienced cleaner and fresher smelling restrooms at gas stations. You can smell the restrooms and dressing rooms from the isles nearby. This means that they are not being sanitized properly!! The staff is not genuinely welcoming. Meaning you have to smile and be nice for them to fix the messed up looks on their faces and attitudes they walk around the store with.

Ross is a very good clothing store with huge choices, very cheap prices, good location but quality is ok. But compared to other stores the price is very less and genuine.
