I am a wheelchair user. Number one the store is highly messy and hard to maneuver with a wheelchair and the Manager Alberto is was extremely rude when I brought this to his attention. Number two I was in the store to process a return that was a few days over thirty days, none of the cashiers knew how to process the return and give me the credit 8.99 plus tax I paid and the manager was no where to be found. This store is a mess figuratively and literally.

If I could give no store I would! There is a lot of bias in the store when the manager picture Adrianna. Is on and she has some serious issues with Black customers. The problem is not that she double checks items it is more that she give you this blatant attitude as she does so then tries to mock the customer as if they are dumb I went into the store today (frequent customer) there was a young man helping me she immediately stopped what she was doing to come over and double check my returns and purchases I did not see her do that for one Hispanic person in the store she has an attitude that makes it hard to shop or ask for assistance.Then when I left I went back to take a picture of the board and the LP who was standing there unprofessionally screams from the door as I left and say “ you can’t be taking pictures in the store” I went back and he was equally rude. I will not continue to patronize a store with such bias and racist tendencies . I u destined I am one person and I won’t matter but I promise if she exhibits the same character there will be others.

Today I walked into Ross to purchase an MK purse for a close friend of mine’s. I found what I thought was the perfect Michael Kors purse. I approached the register and after payment was already tendered, I realized that it was an LK bag instead, this was not what I was looking for. It looked extremely similar. Once I got a closer look at the purse and realized my mistake, I asked if I could return the purse. To my surprise, the clerk said she could return it at that same instance without me having to return to the line. I thanked her. She placed the purse behind her on the shelf and pulled her headset/walkie closer to her and said something derogatory in Spanish over the walkie about me. Because I am bilingual, I was so in shock. The loss prevention staff at the front looked directly at me; I am guessing she was able to hear this over the walkie as well. I let her know what she said was unprofessional and unnecessary, thinking she would feel some kind of remorse. Instead, she called the next guest to her check stand. I was able to reach out to a manager named Lizbet, who did say she would correct the behavior and did apologize, but this was enough for me to say this: if you are in the area and need something quick from Ross, it might be worth either going to another retailer or just going without.

I made a return and purchase at this location a few weeks ago. I was worried I wouldn't be able to make the return due to losing the receipt, but was informed that they are able to now find past purchases on your card if the purchase was made within the past 30 days. The cashier that checked me out was nice and helpful. It was a little disorganized as most locations tend to be, but the line moved quickly which is not typical of most Ross locations that I've visited.

The experience at Ross was horrible. We stood at the front desk for a very long time waiting for help the person that was working security at the front door said somebody will be with you. And said I'll be with you in a few minutes and I said we need to leave we've been waiting a long time and she said I'll be with you in a few minutes and I said never mind you know what we'll just leave and she goes you don't need to make a scene you know I wasn't making a scene we had been waiting a long time I couldn't keep waiting it was awful.

I went there for the internet offer for $0.49 this a scam the casher was very rude said we dont have this offer I bought 3 shirts and underwear he didnt even say thank you or good by awful customer service will not go back

The store is large and has a variety of products, and most importantly, the employees are busy and hard-working.
If you search carefully here, you can find the item you want at a reasonable price.
I liked the hiking pants, but I didn't buy them. I guess I'll have to go on a diet and then come back.
