I've been with Ron Martinez State Farm in Torrance, CA for many years. Usually when I call, I talk with Liz. She's amazing! She's knowledgeable and fast and extremely helpful!! Everyone in the office jumps in and helps when she's not around. Ron himself has called in the past when I contact them and Liz and the others are not yet in or gone for the day. I didn't even know the voice of my previous agent. I've been with State Farm since the early 90s and I've been very very happy with the folks at Ron Martinez's office.

Ron, Liz, and the whole team have been such a fabulous help to me and my family. Ron is both approachable and highly experienced from years in the insurance industry. I have had State Farm since 2019 and I can say I would give more than 5 stars if I was able to. Agent Liz helped me initiate my policy and she has always been such a great help. All the agents at this location are lovely and helpful. Ron is always great with communicating as well. I went ahead and also chose State Farm for home insurance, they helped me so much since I was a first time home buyer. They are very personable and they listen to your needs and are extremely considerate. You cannot put a price on honestly and truly professional service. I would 1 thousand percent recommend them for all your insurance needs.
