My Rockola Jukebox was delivered yesterday. I opted for white glove delivery and set up, which I would recommend. The Jukebox is awesome. A work of art. All my record requests were fulfilled. This is the real deal, not some cheap facsimile. It looks fantastic in the corner of my family room. Be patient with your order. They use high quality parts and some items are somewhat difficult to get, especially nowadays. Highly recommend for a true piece of nostalgia history.

Great looking and amazing sound. I had an issue with the CDs not loading that turned out to be completely on my end with my personal router, Mark and Alexander did an amazing job of helping me through it. They went above and beyond what is expected for service. The value of the jukebox and the service is second to none, I highly recommend this purchase for anyone looking for a truly great product, you won't be disappointed.

While I will say the initial start up with the production was slower than anticipated the final outcome and delivery was exceptional. The customer service was phenomenal in my case. Alexander kept us informed on a weekly basis right up until and after delivery. I can’t speak for earlier reviews but all I can say is Alexander has this company back on track! Rock-Ola Thank you for an outstanding product.

Rock-Ola is the last manufacturer of American made jukeboxes. The best thing is they have something for everyone. I have both the vinyl bubbler and CD bubbler. They have been rock solid and are simply striking to watch.No home gameroom is really complete without a jukebox. You could buy a used one, but jukebox techs for the vintage models are getting hard to find. Why not buy something that gives you modern technology with the classic jukebox look we all love. Rock-Ola makes that possible.Unlike the OMT Wurlitzers which are no longer made the Rock-Ola bubblers have real chromed metal castings, and they use hardwood in their cabinets. They not only look better, they are better in every appreciable way.You can’t got wrong with a Rock-Ola jukebox. I can’t recommend them enough.

I ordered my jukebox from Rock-ola through gameroomspot.com back in early July. I was quoted 90 days, possibly a little longer due to supply chain issues. This company does not respond to messages, they don't answer the phone, and in the rare event you get to talk to the ceo Alexander he will assure you it is "shipping next week". it has now been 6 months, and neither myself nor Gameroomspot has any idea what's going on with my jukebox. I hear the quality is amazing, couldn't tell you - I'm just hoping I'm still alive when/if I finally get it. I'm also informed other's have had to wait a year or more. I can't recommend purchasing unless you have a ton of money available that you can part with and not receive anything for it for possibly a year or longer. Customer service here is truly some of the worst I've ever experienced. Be honest with people, don't make promises you can't keep, and for God's sake respond to customers when they reach out.

It's absolutely abysmal as to how bad their service is in the level of experience they are offering. Our jukebox is a complete mess. No songs match the artwork of any album. And all that was going to be done initially was to teach us how to add cds and fix a bulb. Then they put in a corrupt hard drive and ruined the entire system. This screw up has been going on since December. And still no idea as to when it will be resolved.

Nice and speedy to take your order. Everything went fine and the jukebox was delivered with no problems. God forbid you have any technical issues. Their "service guy" doesn't even know the difference between wow & flutter! I had a bad motor on my jukebox, but I fixed it myself. Spend 10K and do your own repairs.... WOW! Thanks RockOla! ? SMGDH
