A day or so after my initial review, a representative from corporate and Melody (a different manager at the Torrance location) reached out to me separately expressing their concerns about the service we were provided. After speaking with them they worked with me to rectify the situation. I appreciated the response from both corporate and the other manager, Melody. Based on their responses and service I would give them a 5 but due to the initial encounter with other staff a 4 star will suffice. Thank you to that Team for reaching out. Still gotta say....they have nice rings!

Wow this was such a great experience ! From walking in and being greeted by melody and the manager Vanessa . They made this experience such a great one to remember . Me and my fiancé were so clueless with ring size and design . These woman took there time and listened to our very concerns . They were so attentive and accommodating that I just felt so special and as if I wasn't even spending any money . Please if you all want a lasting special ring and a special buy come in and treat yourself ! Looking for a ring was so stressful and John the general manager assisted in the best way possible ! All hands on deck and we are very satisfied ! Thank you guys so much ! We will back and will refer !!!

We got our engagement and wedding rings over 22 years ago and have always had an amazing experience. It feels so good to have a company you can trust! Most recently we wanted to add some pieces and size some rings we were THRILLED to learn that the gentleman who made our rings so many years ago was still with the company. Mr. Derek is a true master craftsman his work is beautiful and he was patient and kind we are so grateful to him. We also met Vanessa who made the whole experience seamless. She was thorough professional and so easy to work with! I can’t say enough good things about this company and these individuals! Thank you so much!

Here's an Update. I would like to give a BIG Thank you!! very much to Ren and the customer service manager at Robbins Brothers today for the refund of said extra charge for what I had felt was deceiving and shady when coming in to order and pay for ring. Today dropping off wife's wedding band to now have new band attached/sized etc. making it now the wedding band she will hopefully wear for the rest of her life. Again Thank you We have been customers for over 20yrs and now happy to say we'll be back Thanks again!!

Price changes add ons after the discussion of price quote tax’s and additional fees that were discussed but come in to order and pay only to find out more additional fees to obviously raise final price. Felt real shady unhappy with the way I was deceived with the additional add on fees etc. There not the same company we started out with over 20 years ago

I came here to ask if the jeweler could shorten a necklace we purchased elsewhere. The salesman took one look and said nope. Not even consulting the jeweler. He said it's not possible based on the way the chain is made. Complete nonsense as we took it to a jeweler elsewhere and he said it was a simple job. I don't dress like I make good money but jokes on them I guess. Felt not taken seriously and they talk down to my significant other. Happy to spend 20k on engagement rings and bands elsewhere. To your commission I guess.

Outstanding customer service! I moved out of state and had my mother take my ring back with her after her visit to have it inspected and cleaned. Manager John Luc assisted her and was extremely kind and professional in helping to make sure everything was taken care of. I can’t express how stressful it was being without my ring! I truly appreciate his efforts in making sure there was peace of mind with the shipment!This location is great and everyone there has always been very helpful! Robbins Bros for the win! ? ?
